轉眼間我的支教生活已經進行了八個月了，在這八個月中我體會到了支教生活中的快樂和感動。
08年已經過去，在過去的半年裡我從孩子的身上體會到他們的純真和朴實，也看到西部的愛子更需要好的教育，好的老師。當學校把我從八年級安排到九年級後，我感到了學校對我這個志願者的重視和信任，九年級是畢業班，今年六月就要面臨中考，我感到身上的擔子很重，我不能拒絕學校的安排，同學們喜歡我，我也深深的愛著他們，還記得去年我因工作忙碌和環境不適應暈倒在課堂上，同學們請假輪流去醫院陪我，當我自己躺在醫院里想家的時候，五十多個學生提著水果和糕點都聚集在我的床前說，老師你別想家，有我們陪著你呢，在我生病的那幾天，他們在我的宿舍外面站著，不讓其他同學吵鬧。在我病好後他們又從家裡搬來了鮮花說是給我增加氧氣。每當想到這些我的眼裡總是充滿了感動的淚水。雖然來西部很多人都不理解但是這八個月中，我從沒有後悔過，以後也絕不後悔。可能西部比較荒涼，沒有娛樂，沒有親人朋友在身邊，但我有一群可愛的學生，我不寂寞。所以為了我的學生為了他們的信任，我決定帶著他們迎接中考，雖然我沒有帶過畢業班，但是憑著我的熱情，學生們對我的信任，用我最大的努力使他們能夠考上高中。
支教的生活很充實，雖然每天晚上都要備課，改作業到十二點多，每天要上四五節課，每個周末都要補課，但只要能和學生在一起，能看到他們的進步，能聽他們說聲老師好，我都感覺無比欣慰。西部的孩子太朴實了，哪怕你對他們一點好，他都會銘記在心，每次都會熱情邀請你去家中做客；西部孩子太懂事了，你每一次心情不好，或身體不好他都會給你說些安慰的話或送上他們自己做的禮物；西部的孩子太可愛了，每一次犯錯誤打他們的時候他們都說，老師你打吧是我不好，你打我我不恨你我知道你是為我好；西部的孩子太可憐了，他們的要求不高，不要好衣服，好吃的，他們只想要好老師，多學點東西。西部的孩子雖然不是特聰明但特努力；西部的孩子雖然沒有錢但有愛心；西部的孩子雖不懂討好但懂感恩。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. ㈧ 農村中學生的英語寫作水平如何提高
寫作教學在英語教學中佔有很重要的地位，但是農村地區學生英語寫作能力還顯得相當薄弱。我們所在的城區是一個比較典型的農村地區，在設立《如何提高農村中學生的英語寫作水平》課題研究前，我們調查發現：農村初中生寫作教學大多還停留在語法分析、詞彙講解或應付考試的短期寫作訓練上，沒有遵照循序漸進、逐步提高的原則進行深層次英語寫作訓練，也沒有形成有效提高農村中學生英語寫作的方法。筆者結合自己的教學實踐，認真分析了農村中學生英語寫作能力滯後的原因，對培養學生的英語寫作能力的策略進行了一些探究。 一、影響農村中學生英語寫作水平的現狀分析 我們城區現有農村中學生接近1萬名，能夠寫好寫完整一篇英語作文的占不到10%的比例，能夠表達基本通順，學會寫一些簡單的日記、書信、通知之類的短文的佔15%，大部分學生還不能夠寫出一篇完整的作文。我們認為主要是下面的因素造成的： （一）教師因素 教師缺乏對寫作課堂教學方式的認真研究、探討與歸納，大部分教師把精力都花在新課教學的組織與實施上以及對聽、說、讀的研究和探討上，英語作文教學要麼機械訓練，要麼採取迴避態度，只在平時課後或單元測試中順帶講解而已，致使部分英語寫作課流於形式。 （二）學生因素 由於教師不太重視學生寫作教學，沒有形成有效的系統的訓練方法，學生往往對英語寫作沒有熱情，加上寫作訓練時間較少，寫作起來難以下筆，經常出錯，長此以往形成惡性循環，造成畏懼英語作文的現象。 （三）語感因素 目前農村地區的學生幾乎沒有形成講英語的語言環境，更不用說形成英語語感了。農村學生缺少英語語言信息的輸入，自然就不能形成英語語言信息的輸出。 二、培養、提高農村初中學生英語寫作水平的途徑 （一）重視基礎訓練，注意詞彙、句式的積累與運用，打下英語寫作的基礎 詞彙是句子的基本單位，句子是文章的基本單位，要提高中學生英語寫作水平，我們要注重加強詞彙、句式方面的訓練。這個訓練要遵循由淺入深，步步為營的方式，才可以達到一石三鳥的目的，即可以讓學生有效地記住這個單詞或片語，可以讓學生熟練掌握句子結構甚至隨時可以套用這些熟練句型，可以讓學生打下英語寫作的基礎，夯實、提高英語寫作能力。例如:教七年級Mole 5 Healthy food 的幾個單詞（heathy,friut,drink,food,tomato,等）時，我先做這樣的示例： healthy，food →healthy food；unhealthy，drink→unhealthy drink 等，然後，我利用這些片語進行造句，對學生說： T:I like tomatoes and potatoes ,they are my favourite food. They are healthy food. I don』t like candy or hamburgers，because they are unhealthy food. 我領讀幾遍，學生們朗朗上口之後，我又利用圖片讓他們對飲料類詞語進行造句。面對有趣的話題，學生們不甘示弱地喊開了： Ss:Ilike milk and water,they are my favourite drink.They are healthy drink.I don』t like juice or coke，because they are unhealthy drink. 這樣做，我既鞏固了單詞，拓展了片語，又練習了口語及句式，自然對英語寫作起了很大的幫助，何樂而不為？ （二）形成語感，激發興趣 語感就是指學習者對語言信息的一種敏銳的感知和豐富的理解，是自動化了的意識活動。葉聖陶先生說過：「至於語言文字的訓練，最要緊的是訓練語感」。英語語感的培養不僅直接影響到學生學習英語的興趣和成敗，而且決定英語寫作的能力和水平。我在培養學生語感，提高學生寫作能力方面作了以下嘗試： 1．培養學生開口說的興趣 農村中學生大部分都不敢開口說，因此培養學生開口說英語的興趣，就顯得尤為重要。首先，教師要充分利用課前幾分鍾對學生進行英語會話訓練，幫助學生克服口語中的心理障礙。為形成氛圍，我一般先安排口語較好的學生，給其他學生做個榜樣。對於口語稍差的學生，在課前把任務布置好，幫助他們做好准備，激發其自信心，使他們逐漸敢於說英語。其次，我利用課堂上的對話引導學生進行說英語訓練，比如講授對話性課文Unit 2 Tony always likes birthday parties 時，我先讓學生聽錄音跟讀，然後分角色讀，再用關鍵詞（即動詞、名詞等實詞）讓學生組詞造句進行角色對話，如： Tony :It』s my birthday on Saturday. I will have a party at home.Would you like to come to my home for my birthday with me ? Betty/Lingling/Daming:Yes,we would love to. （On Satursday） Betty:Happy birthday to you.I make a cake for your birthday. Tony:Thank you.I like it very much. Lingling:I send you a birthday card. Tony :Thanks a lot.It』s very beautiful. Daming :You like listening to music，I give you a CD. Tony ：Thank you very much. It』s my favourite singer.Now let』s start to have a party. 學生在扮演自己角色的同時，不知不覺中把片語運用在對話當中，既復習了單詞、片語，又鍛煉了自己的英語口語表達能力，一舉兩得。 2．注重朗讀背誦，培養語感 朗讀背誦是培養學生語感的基本方法，也是提高聽說讀寫能力的前提。只有多讀、多背誦，才能更好地理解句子或文章的意思。著名語言學家朱光潛說過：「我覺得初學外語者與其費那麼大勁去死記單詞，做那些支離破碎的語法練習，倒不如精選幾篇經得起仔細推敲的文章作品，把它們懂透背熟，真正消化成為自己的營養，這樣就會培養其敏銳的語感。」名家的言談道出了朗讀背誦對語感培養的重要性。一方面，在教學當中，教師應針對農村初中學生英語基礎薄弱的特點，切實指導學生過好的讀書關。不僅要求學生在早讀、晚讀時大聲朗讀英語課文，還要在平時上課時盡量讓學生多讀，特別要學生注意語音語調，意群停頓，讀出英語的韻味和美感來。而在此之前，教師更要注意范讀，讓同學有美的享受，讓他們有慾望主動去模仿，去表達。同時，為了拓展閱讀，以「讀」促「寫」，要充分利用現有的教學資料，結合報刊、媒體、網路等資源，通過設計互動交流的學習任務，引導學生主動參與閱讀。廣泛的閱讀可增強學生的理解和吸收書面信息的能力，豐富學生的語言知識，對英語寫作會起到潛移默化的作用。另一方面，教師還要抓好學生的背誦關，對於教材中的對話基本都要求學生背出，做到詞不離句，句不離文。也可鼓勵學生背誦整篇課文和歷屆中考英語的範文，培養良好的英語語感。在這方面，優等生要求會背誦；中等生可背可讀；後進生要求會讀即使只會讀個別重點句子或單詞也可。教師對學生實行每周抽查，完成任務好的學生要及時給予表揚。 3．情景對話，創設學生學習英語的語境 語境在語言學習當中起著重要的作用，農村初中學生尤為缺乏說英語的語言環境，因此，要把英語情景對話引入學生的日常生活中，多給學生創造一些英語學習的氛圍和環境。首先要營造交際型課堂，讓學生能夠在課堂上形成初步的語感。朱光潛先生說：「學生從第一節課開始，走進教室，就不說一句中國語，藉助眼神、手勢、音調、動作、圖片等等作輔助，專心聽，然後學著說。」教師在每節英語課內，都要創設語言交際氛圍，設置真實語境，開展生動活潑的交際活動，如用英語匯報、看圖說話、復述課文、討論問題等，提高口語能力。為作好示範表率作用，教師從一開始就要盡量多的使用英語語言來教學，盡量創造英語語言環境。即使遇到學生聽不明白的話，也不用漢語進行解釋，而是藉助於自己的氣勢、眼神、音調、動作等輔助手段，讓學生專心地聽，學著去說。其次要在課外舉辦英語角。利用校園一角設置英語沙龍，給學生提供練習口語的場所。學生間可以交流許多發生在校內、外有趣的事情，或講英語笑話，讀英語雜志，唱英語歌曲，聽英語音樂等。還可以讓藉助每年節假日文藝匯演的機會，讓學生自編、自排、自演英語節目，激發學生學英語的興趣，培養良好的語感，提高聽說能力，為寫作能力的提高打下良好的基礎。 （三）用好教材並活用教材 教材是學生首先接觸到的而且是最主要的教學素材，我們應充分合理地利用教材本身，給學生提供大量有效的、活生生地運用語言的機會，並教給他們書面表達的技巧。 下面具體介紹靈活運用教材、培養與提高農村中學生書面表達能力的幾種做法。 1．利用對話培養學生的寫作能力 對話是書面表達的好材料，我們可以在操練聽、說、讀之後，通過寫的活動鞏固聽、說、讀學到的知識，培養學生寫的能力。例如：初一（下）Mole 12 中，我利用對話叫學生以「A good trip」為題目，描述Betty 的一次旅行。幾分鍾之後，他們愉快地完成了這個書面表達的任務。範文如下：Betty had a happy holiday two days ago，he went to Disneyland first，then he went to Hollywood the next day，there he saw the homes of the movie stars.And finally he went swimming a lot in the sea.He had a good time in his holiday. 2．利用課文進行寫作練習，提高學生寫作水平 （1）縮寫和仿寫練習 縮寫是一種將知識轉化為能力的有效途徑。其具體操作是：先回答練習（課文重點內容）——學生思考、問答/向學生呈現關鍵詞——先分段/再整篇——學生復述課文——縮寫課文。例如：初二（下）Mole 9 ，我巧用時間來作線索，把整篇課文縮寫成一篇以The hero in my heart 為題目的作文。同時，我們在教學當中也要做好仿寫練習，仿寫練習是農村中學生提高英語寫作水平最基本、最快速的一種方法。例如，以The hero in my heart為例，在學習白求恩的平生之後，我要求學生仿寫出有關袁隆平的故事。範文如下：Yuan long ping is one of China』s most famous heroes.He is Chinese.He was born in Beijing in 1930,when he is young，he studied in South Agricultural College.He studied how to get more rice in the filed.He studied hard with his workmates every day. In 1973,he developed new rice，now many countries of the world grow more rice than before.，so he was called 「Father of Hybird Rice」，and he is still remembered by the people of the world. 有了課文作仿寫的基礎，一篇活生生的優秀作文產生了。另外，在教學當中，我從不忽視隨手可得的聽力材料，聽力材料中的短文都是一個個完整的故事，故事情景簡單明了，條理清晰，也是仿寫作文不可忽略的好材料。 （2）擴寫訓練 教師利用課文精心設計話題，讓學生分組討論，然後要求學生將討論的結果擴寫成一篇小作文。 （四）運用多媒體教學，全面提升寫作能力 現在農村中學大多也配備有多媒體教室，多媒體教學的運用，大大增加了課堂教學的容量。教師可經常從網路中下載了一些生活中可以運用該語言的不同生活場景。如：商場購物的場景、飯店接待的場景、旅遊景點的場景、車站機場的場景、書店買書的場景及戶外場所幫助他人的場景等，拓展了課堂教學的空間。學生看到這些生活場景，會倍感親切，從而激發學生學習英語的濃厚興趣。教師還可運用現代化教育技術手段，把寫作任務形象、生動地展示給學生（可以通過製作FLASH動畫或者是在網路上查找背景資料等），讓學生帶著任務去聽、去看、去感受，使之觸景生情、有感而發，改變了以往單一的教學方式，營造出更符合學生認知規律的氛圍，讓學生在積極的狀態下進行寫作，將過去的「要我寫」轉變為「我要寫」。現代教育技術手段走進課堂，還可以實現及時反饋學生學習情況，並為教師對學生進行個別輔導提供了可能。教師在評改作文時，可以直接從學生作文中選擇有代表性的作文，投放到大屏幕上，鼓勵學生積極參與評價修改，集思廣益，使學生從中受啟發。這樣，在教學過程中，教師可以及時地了解學生存在的問題，學生可以及時得到評判指導，從而不僅使反饋過程變得及時有效，而且實現了教與學的雙向交流和良性互動。 三、結束語 總之，農村初中學生的英語書面表達訓練需要一個較長的過程，農村初中學生英語寫作水平的提高也不是一蹴而就的。教師要把寫作訓練貫穿整個英語教學過程中，並重視學生寫作練習的次數和質量，巧設寫作任務，引導學生邊學邊寫，邊寫邊學，邊讀邊寫，邊寫邊背，通過多寫多練，掌握多種表達方式，循序漸進，學生的英語寫作水平一定會得到很大的提高。
