快樂的中秋節
今天是中國傳統的節日-----中秋,媽媽帶我到外公家過節。
一大早,我們就到超市裡買東西了.雖然今天是台風天氣,但還是抵擋不住人們對中秋節的熱情。超市裡人山人海，大家爭先恐後的購買著精美的禮物和美味的食品。我們也買了一些東西，匆匆忙忙地趕到了外公家。外公見我們來了，連忙打開門出來，幫我們把買來的東西提進屋裡去，大人們就開始煮菜了。我也不閑著，等外公把鵪鶉蛋煮好後，我就開始撥蛋殼了。等一道又一道的菜都煮好後，我們開始拜紀祖先，以此表示對祖先的懷念。該吃飯了，我們滋滋有味地吃著豐盛的團圓飯，這時，媽媽站起來說：「今年是奧運年，等一會兒我們也來『奧運』一把吧！」「好啊！」大家都同意了這個提議。吃完飯，我們休息了一會兒，做了做熱身運動，開始了我們的「奧運大比拼」。第一場是打乒乓球比賽，第一局的比賽在媽媽的百般謙讓下，我還是輸掉了這一局，唉，畢竟是初學呀！第二局，我遇上了更強勁的對手-----小阿舅。不用說，這局我更是慘敗了。不過，第二場是跳繩比賽，「嘻嘻，這可是我的強項啊！」我心中暗暗得意。在裁判-----外公的一聲令下，比賽開始了。「1、2、3……」我一邊跳一邊數著，過了一會兒，媽媽和小阿舅體力不支，陸續敗下陣來。呵呵，果然不出我所料，終於讓我扳回了一局。
比賽結束了，我們休息了一會兒。吃過晚飯，雖然不能如願以償地看到中秋的月亮，但是中央電視台的《中秋聯歡晚會》還是給我們帶來了歡樂。就這樣，我們在歡笑聲中渡過了一個團圓節。相信大家也不例外吧？這就是我們中華民族的傳統節日-----中秋。

說實話， 我大學時候的專業與英語一點也不掛鉤，並且就大一的時候學了點英語， 說學了點， 其實就是混下個及格而已，可想而知，我的英語水平很差勁。 但是誰知道造化弄人，畢業後卻找了個整天與英語打交道的工作， 客戶是美國人，領導是韓國人， 整天要給美國的客戶用英語回郵件，每天都要用我那蹩腳的英語跟領導確認東西，並且韓國領導的聲音很小但是語速很快，每當我剛豎起耳朵要聽的時候，誰知道領導已經說完了，正在瞪著小眼等我回答呢，但是我還不知道他問的是啥啊 ？哈哈， 那一陣子真的是很苦悶。。。
每天回個郵件都要想半天， 修過來，改過去，為的是用最簡單的英語表達出來， 並且堅持每天寫一篇英文的日記，領導跟別人說話的時候， 我就一邊裝作工作，實際上在偷聽他們說的英語，以鍛煉我的聽力。但是就是這樣，一天一天的過去了，慢慢的，我回客戶的速度也快了， 措辭用得也很恰當，再也不用為一個單詞到底是這個好還是那個好來改過來改過去了， 領導說的英語就算離得很遠也知道他在說什麼了。。
總之我覺得要寫好英語作文， 最關鍵的是多寫多練，這樣的話， 可以鍛煉我們平時英語在我們腦子中的語境等，再者，下載個有道詞典或者是金山詞霸， 有不會的可以立即查。。。。

道理很簡單:現代社會是個繁忙的社會,國人多了,物價漲了,貨幣集中到少數人手裡了,而較之過去,家中兄弟姐妹少了,肩頭的負擔重了,他們為工作,為生活,為家庭,為前途不得不拚命工作,努力攢錢,!他們的生活圧力大了,悠閑漫步少了,煩躁多了,睡眠少了,健康問題來了!
從醫學角度說，人類不該帶著心事睡覺,因為只有這樣才能保證睡眠質量：且最佳睡眠時間應是晚上10點---清晨6點，成人每天睡眠量應保證7小時，即半小時內入睡 基本整夜不醒，而睡眠深沉，是健康的生活的基礎!
然而現在的人工作很辛苦，有的為了收入,8小時後還要另處謀事求財,有時甚至加班到了凌晨，第二天六七點又爬起來，繼續工作,睡眠嚴重不足，這樣一來，生活沒了規律，易煩躁,易得病，且老得快!
俗語說「寅吃卯糧」， 從身體角度講,繁重的工作就是"體力透支",如果只是偶爾,或許還撐得住,如果長此以往,不早死才怪呢!
那麼怎樣來保證自己的健康呢?
我認為:若要健康,學會放棄,少攀比,多滿足,幸福的指數並不高,第一是快樂!不管是生活還是工作需要，工作時間應限在10小時內,超時必須拒絕,拿一小時散歩,抽一小時閑聊,多想開心事,每天保證睡眠質量,或許你就建康長壽了!
1. How to spend my weekend
Iam going to prepare for my lessons because the Mid-term exam is coming. I am sure if I have good preparation, I will get good grades. I am going to help my parents do some housework because they work hard every day.Of course I will visit my good friend and play table tennis with him because doing sports is good for our health. I will surf the internet and listen to music because they are good ways to relax. 2 How to learn English well
Learning English just like learning any other language, is hard work so my first advice is to spend much time practicing using English every day. Besides, we should listen to the teacher and take notes carefully in class. Go over what is learnt regularly and finish doing our homework carefully. Listen to English radio programmes, read English stories and newspapers, watch English films and TV programmes ,keep a diary in English and attend English debbates and speech contests. If we make mistakes, correct them at once and try not to make the same mistakes. What's more, we should look up new words in the dictionary before class and prepare each lesson carefully before class. I believe if we work hard and have good ways of learning English, we will learn English well.學習英語就象學習其他語言一樣是艱辛的。因此我的第一個建議是每天花多點時間練習使用英語。除此之外，我們應該上課認真聽講、記筆記。定期復習所學內容，認真做作業。聽英語廣播，讀英語故事和報紙，看英語電影和電視節目，用英語寫日記，參加英語討論和演講比賽。如果我們犯錯誤，就要立刻改正，盡力下次不要犯同樣的錯誤。而且，我們在上課前要查字典，認真准備每節課。我相信如果我們努力學習、有好的學習方法，我們會學好英語的。
