英文商務信函範文的開頭寫發信人的姓名(單位名稱)、地址和日期,一版般寫在信紙的右上角。權
第二行寫縣、市、省、州、郵編、國名;然後再寫日期。標點符號一般在每一行的末尾都不用,但在每一行的之間,該用的還要用,例如在寫日期的時候。
一封信寫完了,突然又想起遺漏的事情,這時要用P.S.表示,再寫上遺漏的話即可,要長話短說。通常在信末簽名下面幾行的左方,應於正文齊頭。
最英文地址的寫法與中文完全不同,地址的名稱按從小到大的順序:第一行寫門牌號碼和街名;第二行寫縣、市、省、州、郵編、國名;然後再寫日期。
注意事項
1、結尾語的第一個字母要大寫,最後還要加上逗點。
2、若要針對收信的對象,將結尾語加以區分,則對於比較親密的對方,可以用Sincerely yours、Yours sincerely或Sincerely;對於一般的朋友可用Your friend;
3、在結尾語下面的署名必須親自簽名,不可用打字的,而且在簽名之後,也不加任何的標點符號。
2. 英語的書信格式以及便條的格式
英語書信的格式如下:
- 右上角寫日期;
- 開頭"Dear", "To", "To whom it concerns" = 一般給政府/比你級別高的寫"等等,寫完名字點逗號;
- 另起一行,開頭空兩格,寫正文;
- 落款 = "sincerely yours" = 給級別高的,很正式的;"yours truly" = 朋友; "love" = 親人等等, 別忘了點逗號;
- 偏右下角簽名。如果寫的是正式文的話,在簽名下面寫上print體形式你的名字。

一、通知的標志

四、通知的對象
被通知的單位或人一般用第三人稱;但如果帶有稱呼語,則用第二人稱表示被通知的對象,口頭通知就常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。涉及要求或注意事項時,也常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象(祈使句中常常省略)。
五、通知的文體
書面通知用詞貼切,語句簡潔,具有書面化;口頭通知用詞表達要注重口語化。口頭通知的開頭往往有稱呼語(被通知的對象),如:「Boys and girls」,「Ladies and gentlemen」,「Comrades and friends」等,或用提醒聽眾注意的語句,如「Attention,please!」「Your attention,please!」「May I have your attention,please?」等,且最好有結束語,如:「Thank you(for listening)」以示禮貌.

4. 英文商務書信的基本格式
一、格式
1、如果信的內容比較長,會超過一頁,那就換一張紙繼續打下去,但是不要加入信頭,而是用空白、紙質好的白紙。
第二頁都要在頁面頂端寫上收件人的姓名、頁數和日期,也可以加上參考文號或主旨。可以把所有這些信息都靠左對齊,或是把姓名靠左對齊,頁數打在中央,日期則靠右,然後空三行,繼續信的內容。
2、商務信函結束語(Complimentary Close)結束語是寫信人表示自己對收信人的一種謙稱,只佔一行,低於正文一二行,從信紙的中間或偏右的地方開始寫。第一個詞的開頭字母要大寫,末尾用逗號。結束語視寫信人與收信人的關系而定。
