我也是剛經歷過高考的人，現在學的是師范類的英語專業。根據當年我的內應試技巧呢，書信容有好幾類。比如說感謝信，道歉信，還有就是一般的敘事信（說你發生了些什麼，有什麼要告訴對方的）。
首先你要掌握規范的書信格式，開頭的稱呼要頂格然後加逗號，正文空格，最後在右下角署名。
其次，像道歉信感謝信這類的有特殊的句子用語，你記幾個例子。
第三，你需要掌握一些詞彙，老師都會這樣說，但記單詞又談何容易呢。所以你可以這樣記，寫作文時你先想想要是不用英語寫而用漢語寫你會想些什麼，不用太復雜，英語的要求就跟漢語的小學要求一樣。（當然你想學英語專業的除外）然後再想用英語該怎麼說，不會的詞不會的句子就查或者問，這樣印象會很深刻。有些單詞記不全只要認識就行，但常用詞和句型要有貨。
學語言重在靈活運用，不必像老師說的去背範文，有目標有選擇的去記憶，要的是力求表達你想表達的，同時要保持准確度。
當然，高考嘛，句子越花俏句型越復雜分越高。沒事兒，反正英語以後有可能不用高考了。這些是個大概，要是你問的是作文的內容寫什麼我就改改回答吧
