教《古典文獻學》的盛莉老師表示,自己對學生逃課表示理解,但不贊同。雖說沒有不逃課的大學生,但學生還是應該珍惜難得的學習機會,畢竟機不可失,失不再來。

學生工作者:宜堵更宜疏

為防止大學生逃課,高校常用的方法是點名,統計學生到課情況並與其綜合測評、評優評先等獎懲掛鉤。中南民族大學文學與新聞傳播學院甚至規定:一學期內無故缺課累計超過該門課程教學時數1/3者,不得參加該課程的考試,成績以零分計。

一位在校大學生告訴記者,為了應付學校點名,有學生代為簽到、很多同學第一節課上完就開溜。

從事學生工作多年的沈群香老師認為,學生逃課,原因是多方面的。既有現行的教學管理模式與體制存在一定的不足、學分與學時制混亂的問題,也與老師的教學方式陳舊古板、教學內容枯燥有關系。另外,學生的厭學情緒、惰性和跟風心理也是重要原因。

沈群香稱,改善逃課現象是一個長期的慢慢疏導的過程,學校應該就多種原因,綜合應對逃課現象,不能一味強制學生,否則會引起學生反感。管理、教育應該建立在尊重學生的基礎上。
