主題研修活動的要求與流程
（一）根據需要，選好研修主題
學員結合學習內容、教學的進度和所教學生的實際情況，在專家發布的研修主題中任選一個開展研修活動。
（二）行為跟進，推動研修活動
圍繞「主題要求」按研修方案進行，要注意與網上同伴的交流和校本的交流，以提高研修課例的質量。
開展主題研修活動的流程如下：
1．每個學員圍繞培訓課程中的「思考與活動」，在論壇中與同伴和輔導教師進行交流討論。
2．根據學情和自身教學特點備課，完成自己的教學設計（按研修主題確定的一節課，但要有一個簡單說明，說明這一節課在單元中的位置）。
3．積極參與論壇中或線下的研討交流活動。
4．在所教班級內按照教學設計，實施教學活動。
5．每位學員都要把實施教學活動中的點滴感悟、心得、收獲及學生的反應記錄在「研修工作室」內的「研修**志」中，為形成研修成果積累素材。
6．學員在網上收集相應的資料，作為自己研修活動的支持。這些資料可放置在「研修工作室」的「研修**志」中，特別重要的可放置在「我的收藏」中。
7．形成研修成果——「我的教學故事」，並發布在「研修工作室」的「我的主題研修成果」中。
三、其它注意事項
1．在寫作「我的教學故事」中，要充分發掘和提升自己的教學實踐經驗，要注意文章的敘事性和個性特色，切忌抄襲現象。
2．可將教案、學案等做為「我的研修成果」的附件一同提交

《荷花》這篇課文是小學語文第六冊的一篇精讀課文。課文的重點是要求學生通過朗讀感受荷花的美，並讓學生投入到那種神奇的美景中。
課上，氣氛一直很活躍。當自由讀第二自然段時，學生各個深情並貌，搖頭晃腦。
讀到「白荷花在這些大圓盤之間冒出來。」這一句時，突然，一個學生猛地站了起來，說：「我冒出來了。」其他學生也讀起了這一句，也猛地站起來。我問：「你是怎麼冒出來的？」「挺直了身體。」「很用力的。」「很快的。」「我很想看到外面的世界，很急切的。」「不顧一切的。」
我追問：「這么急切地要出來干什麼呀？」
「看看外面美麗的世界。」
「我想快點兒開花。」
「因為我很美，我要讓大家早點看到。」
……
「多麼有生命力的『荷花』啊！」我不禁贊嘆到。
當講到「你看到了怎麼樣的荷花？」學生們讀著他們找到的句子。讀著，讀著，一隻小手高高舉起，嘴裡說「我有好方法。」我和學生們都想看看這好方法是怎樣的，於是就請她讀。只見她站起來，雙手合攏，食指、無名指微曲著往外翹開，念到：「有的才展開兩三片花瓣兒。」接著，所有的手指都翹開了，非常高興地念到：「有的花瓣兒全都展開了，露出嫩黃色的小蓮蓬。」馬上又雙手合攏，手指向外凸出，很用力地念到：「有的還是花骨朵，看起來飽脹得馬上要破裂似的。」當我看完她的表演，心中激動不已：多麼精彩的朗讀！這是一朵舞蹈著的『荷花』。學生們看完了，紛紛模仿。這時，我看到了一池舞動的『荷花。』
……
通過前面的學習，對於「變荷花」已水到渠成了。我輕輕地讀著「看著，看著，……一池的荷花都在舞蹈。」學生中，有的輕輕搖晃著身體，有的輕搖著手臂，還有的站起來轉圈。我想，這時的他們真的成了荷花，在微風中舞蹈著的荷花。那麼文中省略號的補充也就豐富多彩了。「小鳥飛過來，停在我的肩膀上，唱著清脆的歌。」「小青蛙蹲在菏葉上，呱呱地對我說：「你真美。我要是白色的，那該有多好啊！」「一群小朋友跑過來，高興地叫著：「多美的荷花啊！」……
