But are we at wrong for wanting to present our business in the best light to our investors and clients? The motivation itself is not at fault, the awful grammar and spelling can't be blamed, then in which direction should we point our fingers at? Obviously most Chinese buyers can't understand half of the awkward English phrases that are being used in advertisements, and certainly no English speaking buyer would feel compelled enough to purchase from such company who can't afford a credible ad agency, so why do we still do it?
I would credit this good for nothing phenomenon to our ethics and a lack of confidence in our own, with the main driving force of a belief that says "the Chinese don't make good and safe procts". It's clear that there has been more than a handful of instances where monetary greed has resulted in thousands of substandard procts, malfunctions, and even deaths. In times like this, where do we as consumers seek a peace of mind? Foreign companies that make procts the way they should be. Like what the predator does in the wild, they blend into the environment or mimic the weak to bluff its opponents into thinking that they are indeed benign and harmless.
Should we rid of Chinglish? I believe that it is part of the inevitable process and that we as indivials can't do much about. But on a deeper level, why Chinglish is so abundant should serve as a warning sign that its time for us to stop causing harm to our own in exchange for an extra LV purse and learn to place trust back into our own economy again.

You see, very smooth, very sincere and grammatically correct. But in fact, it has gone terribly wrong. Remember, in Business English, being concise is everything.
Here is what a native English speaker will write.

Wow! I mean, now the sentence is just half as long.

To get rid of this bad habit, we have to begin with the basic sentence patterns.

For example, 「We should adopt a series of measures to ensure that…」

Here, the plural form of measures has already covered the sense of 「series」. When you say 「measures」, an English speaker will instantly know that what you refer is more than just one measure. So, instead of saying 「a series of」, or 「various」, or 「all kinds of measures」, simply 「We should adopt measures to ensure that…」 is right and friendly to a native English speaker.
這里，measure的復數形式已經把「一系列」的意思包含進去了。當你說「measures」，說英語的人立馬就會明白你指的不只是一種measure。因此，與其說「a series of」, 「various」, 或者 「all kinds of measures」，只需要「We should adopt measures to ensure that…」對於英語母語的老外來說，就足夠正確、精煉和順眼了。
Next, the commonest type is a phrase like 「we must make an improvement in our work」. Here the word 「make」 is a weak, colorless, all-purpose word according to the Translator』s Guide to Chinglish. Which is to say, it can be used everywhere, having no very specific meaning of its own, while the real action is expressed in the noun 「improvement」. Since the verb is not contributing anything to the sense, it can be edited out. No need to say 「we must make an improvement in our work」, 「We must improve our work」 is fine.
接下來，最常見的一種句型就像「we must make an improvement in our work」.根據《中式英語之鑒》一書，這里的make是一個語氣弱，沒有感情色彩，籠統的動詞。就是說，動詞make在哪裡都可以用，本身並沒有非常具體的含義，而真正的動作是在名詞「improvement」中表達出來的。因此這個動詞並沒有表達任何意思，可以被刪除掉。不需要說「we must make an improvement in our work」,說 「We must improve our work」就好了。
