在對話框中，可以單擊【忽略一次】按鈕忽略這個錯誤，單擊【全部忽略】按鈕忽略文檔中所有同樣的錯誤。 單擊【下一句】按鈕繼續查找文檔中的錯誤。
Word 2010的拼寫和語法檢查功能並不是很強，在專業性很強的文檔或其它情況下，Word 2010找出的錯誤可能實際上並不是錯誤。

一般的軟體里, 有whitesmoke; stylewriter,CorrentEnglish,其中有些是需要破解的內.如果在多一容點心,在網上都可以找到.但是這些軟體都有一個弊病,就是有可能把你本來要表達的意思改變.得慎用.
再有, Office Word裡面,當文字語句輸入進去的時候也會幫你自己糾一部分錯,另外,疑似有語病的句子它會自己加上綠色波浪線,然後要你來改.建議怕麻煩的人用吧.保險..

The natural disaster is such kind of lesson, which let the over-confident human have an opportunity to face up our frailty,（去，and）admit our ignorance. It brings humility back into our hearts again. Nature suggests us with its overwhelming power that human in no case are the dominators of the world. We should keep a low profile endeavoring to study it instead of 「conquer it」. While trying to search how to avoid the encore of the catastrophes, we need learn to get along with disaster, to promote what is benificial （beneficial）and abandon what is harmful when it really occurs.
Remember, we can not minimize the damage of the disaster until we learn to respect natural rules and utilise itself（them跟主語一致時用反身代詞） to cope with natural disaster.

I. 英語語法錯誤在線檢查

每句在不同程度上都有錯.
第一句:前句和後句時態不一致,後句的is應改為 was 或 would be,另外還有一小錯誤,monitor 前需加介詞 on.
後句應改為：Then the typed information would be displayed on monitor for deaf students to read ring class.
第二句：句子不完整 (動名詞短語),除非是標題,但標題需要大寫,即：Helping Deaf Students to Learn in the Classroom.
完整的句子：Helping deaf students to learn in the classroom is my responsibility.
