申請信寫法：
開頭：說明寫信目的(申請原因)，信息來源，對所申請工作或學校的認識，自己的打算。
主體：著重介紹自己的背景(教育情況，工作經歷，興趣愛好，特長等)。求職信先介紹工作經驗，要突出個人能力及工作業績；求學信要重點介紹自己受教育程度。總之，要努力使自己的介紹引起對方的興趣。
結尾：表達自己的願望，如希望得到面試機會等。要自信而堅定。
模版：
Dear Sir or madam,
I write this letter to apply for the position that you have advertised in＿＿＿(信息來源) of ＿＿＿(信息發布日期).

感謝信
1）感謝信的寫法
人們在交往中常需要相互致謝，收到別人贈送的禮物，得到別人的幫助、受到別人的慰問，都應該表示感謝。感謝信是人們常用的一種感謝方式。
感謝信最主要的特點是真誠。缺乏真摯的感情答謝他人，收信人將對你的謝意產生懷疑，感謝的目的也就失去了。因此，寫感謝信首先得真心誠意。
感謝信另一個特點是具體。寫感謝信切忌泛泛而談，而應著重於具體的感謝事由。
其次一個特點是及時。收到別人禮物、得到別人幫助，應及時寫信予以答謝。否則，人家會對你的謝意大打折扣。
收到他人贈送的禮物應當及時寫封感謝信，感謝信除了應寫得真誠、具體、及時外，還應當特別提及所收禮物的具體內容，否則，泛泛而談，使人覺得你不夠真誠。為此，當你寫感謝信時，應這樣寫：「Thank you for your beautiful roses.」(謝謝您送的美麗的玫瑰花。)；而不要籠統地寫上「Thank you for your beautiful gift.」(謝謝您送給我的漂亮禮物。)，這樣，使人覺得你既禮貌，又誠心，從而真正達到交往的目的。下面我們來看看具體的範例。

我知道，您一直有個喜好：抽煙。這個喜好，已經跟隨您多年了，很難把它去除。這個我是能理解的。可是，您要知道，每年因抽煙而死的人有多少啊！一個個觸目驚心的數字出現在報紙上，電視上，書刊上，我每次看了一點就不敢往下看了，所以，請你不要抽煙了。
您喜歡抽煙，真可謂「我撲在香煙上，就像飢餓的人撲在麵包上」。可能有幾次我去觀察您，您沒有注意。下面我就給您說來聽聽吧。
