Optimism, confidence, efficiency, regular exercise are also remedies. Certainly people could not avoid it, but they could try to rece its side effects and not to be burdened by it.

Pressure seems to be a natural part in
our daily life in this competitive society.Like it or not there is
always pressure of one kind or another.And it seems there is hardly any
way to avoid it or get rid of it.Moreover,as the pace of modern life
continues to quicken,pressure seems to be on the increase all the time.
Different
people have different ideas about pressure.Some hold that pressure is
something very vicious.If there is too much of it,it will lead to the
decline of one's physical and mental health.So they are always
complaining about it or trying to flee from it.They think,only
relaxation,the opposite of pressure,is what we should desire.Others on
the other hand,argue that pressure is not as bad as is often thought.In
fact a certain amount of pressure is essential to provide motivation and
meaning to our life.It is pressure that propels our progress and
contributes to our success.
Personally,I'm in favor of the latter
idea.I believe that a little pressure is certainly an important
incentive in life.It is only when the pressure gets out of control can
it lead to poor performance and bad health.Since it is impossible to
avoid pressure,certainly there is no sense trying to do so or
complaining about it.

However, just the right degree can create magnificent tones. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress that promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. Good health is more than just the absence of illness. Rather, it is a very robust state of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance and inseparability of mind/body relationships. In the next program. I hope you will join me in the pursuit of learning how to exploit stress, so that it can work for you. and make you more proctive, rather than self-destructive.

The pace of city life is fast. The prssure on every city dwellers is high. The pressure could be from work, school activities, parents, peers, or money issue.
There are many ways to ece the pressure. We can listen to music, go to a nice movie, do some sport, practise yoga or even sleep. Some people may need to rely on medication to ease his pressure. This I think should be the last resort.
Personally, I would suggest doing a sport to relief prssure. After a hard day work, I would change to my running attire and head for a nearby park for a three kilometres jog. After the jog I would take another good and peaceful walk for 30 minutes before I go home for dinner. I will change the jogging location to add colour to my jogging track..
