② 廣交會英語口語

首先你去做工作人員還是給參展商當翻譯?

如果是工作人員,那就太簡單了,我那時是分專派到酒屬店裡面的,主要工作就是驗證發證:檢查外賓的證件是否齊全,如果齊全就可以發入場證給他們。用的都是簡單得我都覺得不好意思的英文。

如果你做翻譯,有幾個建議:

1.一定要了解你服務的廠家的產品,熟悉相關資料,你最好讓廠家拿資料給你預先准備一下
2.背其產品相關的專業詞彙,其實也不多,常用的可以了,再帶個小抄本在身上,特別專業不容易記的就寫在上面,到時候也可以翻翻看的。
4.自信點。實際上是很簡單的。我那時做另外一個交易會的翻譯之前以為很難,結果3天過去之後才發覺也不那麼難。真正要用的英語實際還是一些簡單的常用語。大部分就是日常用語和外貿詞彙。
5.隨機應變吧,呵呵,反正你得表現得自信,這樣就算你真的什麼地方沒翻譯對,廠家也看不出來,呵呵。
6.突然想起一點,把中英文數字互翻練熟悉一點。哈哈,不然人家要突然說個大數目,你還得反應半天用什麼thousand,還是million, 還是billion:)
