通過一年的英語學習,由於基礎不平衡,少部分男學生自覺性不高,認真程度也不及女學生,所以兩極分化已漸出現。為了更好地搞好八年級英語教學,提高學生的英語水平,在制定本工作計劃和設計教案的時候,必須做到以學生的興趣為中心,寓教於樂,激發學生的靈感,促使學生積極思維並自覺地吸收和創造性地使用所學語言知識、展現自己的個性,切實完成「腰桿子」工程的教育教學工作。

三、教學目標

1.扎實基礎教學

鞏固語言基礎知識注重過程性評價,培養學生的聽、說、讀、寫能力。

2.縮小兩極分化

做好不同層次學生的輔導工作,尤其要關心後進生,厚愛特困生,積極投入到愛心幫扶活動中去。要重興趣、重方法、求穩定、求實效,避免出現大批掉隊和過早分化現象。

3.牢固「腰桿子」

認真學習《英語新課程標准》,教學從學生的學習興趣、生活經驗和認知水平出發,倡導體驗、實踐、參與、合作與交流的學習方式和任務型的教學途徑,發展學生綜合語言運用能力,使語言學習的過程成為學生形成積極的情感態度、主動思維和大膽實踐、提高跨文化意識和形成自主學習能力的過程,挺直「腰桿子」,使「腰桿子」不軟。

四、教學要求及措施

1、要認真學習《英語課程標准》、培養新的課程意識並逐步將新課程理念內化為自己日常的教學行為。

2、要把語音教學作為起始階段英語教學的重要內容之一。語音教學主要應通過模仿來進行,教師應提供大量聽音、模仿、實踐的機會,幫助學生養成良好的發音習慣。在注意單音的准確性的同時,還要注重語義與語境、語調與語流相結合,要為今後有效的口語交際打下良好的基礎。

3、根據《英語課程標准》中語言技能三、四級的目標要求,對學生進行適當的聽、說、讀、寫專項訓練,並開展適當的綜合性語言實踐活動,逐步培養學生的綜合語言運用能力。

4、在注重交際、培養能力的同時,不可忽視語言知識的系統學習。確保學生在達到《英語課程標准》中語言知識的三級目標的基礎上,學習、掌握新的詞彙和語法項目,拓展、補充相關的話題和功能項目。

5、在教學過程中不可盲目地加快教學進度。教學一定要切合實際,做到重興趣、重方法、求穩定、求實效,避免出現大批掉隊和過早分化現象。對英語學習水平不同的學生,做好「提優補差」。

6、積極參加集體備課,保證集體備課的質量。集體備課不僅僅是要統一教學進度和教案格式,更主要的是要備教學內容和教學方法,通過集體備課研究每單元的教學策略,特別注重對不同課型教學的研究。

7、課堂教學活動的設計要依據課程的總體目標(三級、四級)、體現「任務型」語言教學的特點,即讓學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等參與方式,學習和使用英語。在教學中還要有意識地加強對學生學習策略的指導,幫助學生在學習和運用英語的過程中逐步學會如何學習,引導學生在學習過程中進行自我評價並根據需要調整自己的學習目標和學習策略。

8、充分利用現代教育技術,開發英語教學資源,改進學生學習方式,提高教學效果。盡可能利用音像、英語報刊、圖書館和網路等多種資源,為學生創造自主學習的條件。

9、積極組織開展內容豐富、形式多樣的英語課外活動,如朗誦、唱歌、講故事、演講、表演、英語角、英語牆報等,幫助學生增加知識、開闊視野、發展個性、展現才能。

10、課後做好不同層次學生的輔導工作。對英語學習水平不同的學生,要做好「培優補差」。

11、重視形成性評價,並注意評價的正面鼓勵和激勵作用。學期、學年的終結性評價應全面考查學生綜合語言運用的能力,測試要包括口試、聽力測試和筆試,其中,口語所佔比例應不少於10%,聽力測試所佔比例不少於20%。筆試要增加具有語境的應用型試題,減少單純的語言知識和語法知識題。

1. 導入:從最初電視的形態圖片引導學生了解電視帶給我們生活的巨大變化,其中之一就是因為對不同電視節目的喜愛而發生的爭論。
2. 熱身:請學生列舉自己知道的電視節目名稱和自己最喜愛的電視節目。
3. 電視節目類型的詞彙講解與練習:
a. 小組活動:讓學生嘗試對一些電視節目進行分類,
b. 講解並領讀單詞:TV show, talk show, game show, soap opera,sitcom, sports show
c. 個人活動:將電視節目的圖片和片語進行匹配。
4. 欣賞活動:各種不同類型的電視節目欣賞。
a. 復習詢問事物類別的句型:What kind of TV show is it?
b. 導入、練習詢問個人觀點和喜好的問句:What do you think of game shows?...請學生用各種表情卡來展示自己的喜好。
5. 個人喜好的表達方式講解與練習:
a. 由學生所用的表情卡導入到其在英語中的表達方法:
I love them /it. I like them / it.
I don』t mind them /it. I don』t like them /it.
I can』t stand them / it.
b.聽錄音,匹配Mark對各種電視節目類型的喜好和觀點。
