多聽多說
看電視比較方便cctv-9，英語頻道，非常地道的英語啊（我就愛看）版
看電影，適當的背權一些裡面的東西，要看生活片，不要看大片，大片里的口語一般都比較簡單，大片主要看場面，生活片里的東西很實用，背背就有感覺了
如果能有機會跟外國人說話當然更好，但這樣的機會畢竟不多
前面兩招應該是比較管用的了，只要你有恆心，沒問題的~~

應試教育有什麼意思，就算你中學里英語考再高分的
要表達一些很簡單的東西，要不是就專不會說，要不就屬中國式。
有空教學生多點生活中實用的，地道的口語吧
至於聽力，我覺得像初中聽力這種，基本上沒什麼連讀的，語速也不快
聽力就看你詞彙，詞彙夠自然就聽得懂
