How he/she looks like?
What is his/her daily customary? What does he/she do daily?
What is he/she wearing?
How is his/her character? Is he/she strict? nice?
1. 概念
能用yes / no(或相當於yes / no)回答的問句叫一般疑問句。
I』m in Class 2, Grade 1. →Are you in Class 2, Grade 1?
I can spell it. →Can you spell it?
She lives in Beijing. →Does she live in Beijing?
I like English. →Do you like English?
There are some books on my desk.→Are there any books on your desk?
或"What / How about...?" 如:Your pen?
Is it a Chinese car↗?
用yes / no(或相當於yes / no的詞)回答,並怎麼問怎麼答(句首為情態動詞am / is / are還是do /does),簡略回答時要注意縮寫(否定的n』t)和採用相應的人稱代詞以避免重復:即"Yes,主語(代詞)+情態動詞或am / is / are或do / does."表示肯定;"No,主語(代詞)+情態動詞或am / is / are或者do / does not(n』t)."
① -Is Mary a Japanese girl?
-Yes, she is. / No, she isn』t.
② -Can Lily speak Chinese?
-No, she can』t. / Sorry, I don』t know.
③ -Do you like English?
-Yes, very much.
常用的疑問詞有:what who whose which when where how why等。
who is singing in the room﹖
whose bike is broken﹖
what class are you in﹖
What does she look like﹖
Where are you from﹖
What time does he get up every morning﹖
How do you know﹖
注意:
Who is from Canada﹖
Helen (is).
Where's the restaurant﹖
Near the station.
Why do you like koalas﹖
Because they are cute.
1. How are you doing?
How are you doing?" 或是 "How are you?" 不然 "How's going?"
2. What's up?
"What's up?" Kun-Lin!" Bob. What's up?" What's up?" 那別人也不說 "Not much", 反而反問一句, "What's up?" 所以 "What's up?"
3. Could you do me a favor?
另外, "Can you help me?" (其實正常來說, 應該是他們主動會問 "Can I help you?" 或是 "May I help you?" 才對, 但有時實在等不急了, 就直接先問了 "Can you help me?"
4. What are you studying?
通常老美一聽我是學生, 都會很自然地問, "What are you studying?" 其實這樣的問法就是問你 "What's your major?" 但他們比較喜歡說 "What are you studying?" 如果說你遇見一個人, 你也不確定他是不是學生, 我們通常會問, "What do you do for living?" 或是簡單地問, "What do you do?" 一般不會說成 "What's your job? "
5. Where are you going?
所以你也可以問 "Where are you heading?"
6. What's your favorite ice cream?
所以我就常問人家, "What's your favorite movie? Who's your favorite moviee star?"
7. What color is your car? What's the color of your car?
同樣的句子我就曾說過, "What kind of color does your car have?" 他們就是 "What color is your car?"
8. What's going on?
"Hey, What's going on?" 或是 "What's up with that?" 但是老美還是比較比喜歡說 "What's going on?" , 又比如人家問你說, "Why is our oven broken?" "I don't know what's going on."
9. How come?
"How come?" 相當於, "Why do you ask that?" 也就是說 "It's none of your business!
10. You want to go to see a movie?
其實正確的說法應該是, "Do you want to go to see a movie?" 但可能是太冗長了點, 所以老美才會直接說 "You want to go to see a movie?"
另外, 更口語的說法應該是 "You wanna go to see a movie?" 所以這句話也可以講成 "Are you gonna see a movie?"
11. Anybody needs a fork?
