『壹』 接電話時常用的英語會話

接聽：Hello/Good morning/...
自報姓名：(This is) ... speaking.
問對方姓名：Who's that speaking?
好久不見的老朋友：Hey, it's you!/Fancy hearing from you!
寒暄：How are you?
回答對方問候：Fine. Thank you./Pretty well. Thanks a lot./Not bad./Couldn't be better.
其它客套話：How is your business?/How are things going on with you?/How is your family?

轉接找別人的電話：Hold on, please./Just a moment. I will switch the line to him./Let me put through to him.
別人不在：He is not at his desk right now. Could you leave a message?/Could you call him later?/Could you please call his mobile?

『貳』 英語打電話用語

1、打電話的人找的是你自己

打電話來的人

你 (接電話的人)

This is she. 我就是。 (注: 男的用 "This is he.")

You're speaking/talking to her. 你正在跟她說話。 (注: 男的用 "You're speaking/talking to him.")

2、打電話的人要找的人不在

打電話來的人

『肆』 用英語打電話用語有哪些

1、接來電話。

用法：接通電自話，禮貌的說聲：你好，哪位？

例句：

2、你是哪位？

用法：接到陌生人電話時，不知道對方是誰，用於詢問：

一、接打電話問候
1. 打電話人接通電話後可說：Hello ！ 接著說：This is sb.speaking./Could（May）I speak to sb.?/Is sb.in? 接電話人可說：Hello！Good morning/afternoon/ evening.緊接著 將自己的電話號碼或姓名告訴對方。如：
（This is ） 3531968./This is Jim speaking. 

2. 問對方是誰， 應說：Who's that speaking（calling）?/May I have y our name? /Is that sb. （speaking）？ 

3.代人接電話，最好說：What name shall I give?/Who shall Isay is calling? 若要離開去叫人， 須跟對方說：Hold the line,please.I'll get him/her to phone.（別掛斷，我就去找他（她）聽電話。 ）或Hold on for a moment.（請等一會兒。）反之， 若電話要找的人在身邊，代接電話的人可說：It's for you.或For you. （你的電話。） 

4. 如果打電話要找的人不在， 代接電話的人可說：Sorry,he/she isn't in.或I'm afraid he/she is o ut.（他／她不在。）如果問對方是否要留話，說：May I take a message for you? /Can Itake a messag e?/Would you like to leave a
message? 
    打電話者若要拜託接電話人轉告要找的人某事時， 可問：Couldyou take a message for me?/Please tell him （her）that（sth.）……./Tell him（her）I called./Will you please tell him （her）to call me back later? 

 5.若對方打錯電話，接電話者可說：Sorry,you've dialed the wrong number. 打電話人發現拔錯號碼， 應說：Sorry,I've dialed the wrong number. 

 6.若電話的線路忙或有問題，可說：The line is busy. （占線。）The line is dead.（斷線。）

情況 (一) 打電話的人找的是你自己
