要想復學好英語口語，就必須首制先做到四個最基本的要求：「聽，說，讀」。
聽，是聽的細；說，是說的懂；讀，是讀的准；寫，是寫的對。
聽，要做到聽的細。一周必須要用兩到三天的時間來花費一兩個小時聽磁帶，一邊拿著書，一邊還得跟著磁帶大聲讀出來，這樣可以能夠更快的，而且不易忘記的順利記住。
說，要做到說的懂。把英語文章或單詞的漢譯重新說一遍，要保持翻譯的時候不能卡殼，要翻譯的順暢，像語文那樣也要做到翻譯的用詞准確,我現在是通過在線來學的.
讀，要做到讀的准。（如果發音不準的先學音標）聽一些英語材料，跟著讀，一開始可以調慢速，一句一句跟著讀。

三、英語口語考試方案
（一）口試內容及評價方式
1．內容
以新英語課程標准為指導，以現行教材的內容編排為命題的主要參照依據，選題盡量做到緊扣教材各單元的主題及學生的生活實際。具體題型及分值如下：
試題分為三個部分：（1）話題情景問答（4分），（2）看圖說話（4分），（3）簡單口譯表達（2分）。
每場口試的時間約為15分鍾，口試內容的詳細說明及復習教學建議由市教科院通過教研活動組織各校英語教師進行學習和研討。
2．評價方式
英語口語考試採用計算機輔助考試的方式進行，即「人機對話，網上評改」。各考點完成考試後將考生的答案文件刻錄成光碟，密封後通過區派巡視員交各考區，各考區應於4月12日12：00前送至市招辦。4月17、18日市招辦組織抽調評卷教師在市招辦進行網上評改，評卷教師的抽調組織辦法詳見附件。
