1．先聽整段原文，段落長短控制在正常速度10鍾內放完。難度選擇應該是控制在第一遍能聽懂的程度是70%上下。如果是自己喜歡的內容，又不太能聽懂，不妨先學習一下字幕文字，然後再開始，此時就不要再看文字或字幕了。這步的目的主要是先熟悉要學的內容或說是該內容的聲音。
