Research tells us that when we write a goal down we are more likely to achieve it. Written goals can be reviewed regularly, and have more power. Like a contract with yourself, they are harder to neglect or forget. Also when you write your goals in a particular way you are able to make yourself continuously aware of situations that will bring you nearer to your goal.

不知道你買不買書，有一本口語比較好，適合初中生，李陽的《脫口而出》專輯。回初中生可以答先買第一輯的試下（我記得打八折大概是20元）。這本書中音頻很好聽，是美語。前面兩部分是有200個短語，大部分都是初中生經常用到的，後面是一些比較簡單的文章。練完短語你就可以發現自己的口語有很大的提高（基礎比較差的話）。堅持一個月下來，對於口語有很大的幫助，尤其是在語音語調方面。如果是想要自己的口語功底好，就不是短時間的事情了，畢竟要記下很多的東西的。加油吧！！我現在也是在用這套書，不過已經是第三輯了。一起努力咯！！

Keep Your Direction 堅持你的方向
What would you do if you failed? Many people may choose to give up. However, the surest way to success is to keep your direction and stick to your goal.
On your way to success, you must keep your direction. It is just like a lamp, guiding you in darkness and helping you overcome obstacles on your way. Otherwise, you will easily get lost or hesitate to go ahead.
Direction means objectives. You can get nowhere without an objective in life.
