你的敘述有一點點缺乏邏輯，我加了一點邏輯副詞，但還是有點奇怪。就是先說性格優點比如開朗，再談工作，又談個人鑽研能力，再談工作。思路有一點點亂，最好在每一段講自己優點是加入工作中的實例來證明。比如你說的鑽研精神，可以在後面說上次我們要做###Project，你去Google Scholar 或圖書館找了N多資料，最後哪一點資料得到了充分運用，團隊合作的結果如何。software上面我沒什麼發言權，這塊兒我一竅不通。但我覺得面試還是有一定共同點的。我在面試前，我們老師就說面試官希望看到實在的東西，比如你的努力，你不同於他人的地方，你能為他們帶來什麼好處，這些也不僅僅是一句話說的事兒，要有具體例證。
