考試內容是現場抽題，朗讀一篇短文，按照要求大聲朗讀紙上的音標、單詞和短文或者故事，此項主要考查考生的與語音、語調、重讀、連續、意群、停頓等，不會出現很生僻的詞彙。

還有就是回答一些問題，英語口語考試時考官會提問幾句日常生活中的問題，這一項主要考查考生在毫無准備的情況下反應的快慢、語言的准確性以及語法等等，每個考生回答的問題都不一樣。

高考英語口語考試模式：高考英語口語考試目前有兩種模式，即「人人對話」模式和「人機對話」模式。「人人對話」模式是一種傳統考試模式，考官以面對面的形式與考生進行溝通，以判定考生英語口語表達能力。

考官根據考生的語音語調、理解能力、表達能力、反應速度四個方面對考生成績進行考核。考官最後將這四項分數合計為總分。

口語考試過程中要注意的地方：

朗讀部分：特別注意朗讀的完整性和流暢性。

情景對話：一定要抓准關鍵點、要點要完整、回答要流暢、准確。

特別提醒：聽到「現在開始錄音」時，一定要等到下面的錄音線走動1-2秒後再開始錄音，一定要在錄音前再一次思考自己的錄音內容的准確性等，再考慮一次，再錄音。(錄音時間很充分，一定要准備充分後再開口錄音。)。

年溫州初中學業考試大綱
（英 語）
一、 命題依據
以省教育廳制訂的《2009年溫州初中學業考試大綱（英語）》為依據，結合我省英語教學實際，參照《課程標准》中關於九年級結束時的「五級目標」要求進行命題。
二、 命題原則
嚴格按照教育部制訂的《課程標准》和英語教學實際。堅持以學生為本，立足基礎，難易適中，聽、說、讀、寫四項技能全面考查。做到思想性、科學性和技術性的統一。正確發揮考試的導向功能，做到有利於激發和培養學生學習英語的興趣，建立學習英語的成就感和自信心，提高綜合語言運用能力；有利於引導教師改進教學和學生學會學習；有利於普通高中招生改革和事業發展。
三、 適用范圍
全日制義務教育九年級學生英語學業考試。
四、 考試范圍
以教育部制訂的《課程標准》所規定的九年級結束時應達到的「五級目標」的基本要求作為考試的范圍。
五、 內容和目標要求
側重考查學生的語言技能、語言知識、跨文化交際意識和跨文化交際能力，即聽、說、讀、寫技能以及靈活運用語音知識、詞彙知識和語法知識的能力。在確定具體考試內容和標准時，主要應參考教育部頒發的《課程標准》中的「內容標准」中五級的內容和要求及相關的附錄，同時參考三級和四級的內容和要求。
六、 考試形式
考試形式包括口語測試（10%）、聽力測試（20%）和筆試（70%）。口試可安排在聽力測試和筆試之前或之後單獨進行。口試的操作和考務管理可參照《2005年溫州初中學業考試英語學科口語測試操作辦法》（見附件）。口試的組織和操作有較大難度，如因暫不具備口試條件而不進行口試的設區市，應在筆試題中增設口語應用的題型 「口語應用」（佔全卷10%，參見試題示例），目的是通過書面的形式，間接考查學生的「說」的能力，聽力測試和筆試，同卷進行，採用書面作答，閉卷考試的形式。
七、 試題難度
全卷難度值控制在0.8左右；易、中、難的比例為8:1:1。
八、 試卷結構
試卷包括聽力測試和筆試二部分。口試單獨命題、單獨組織測試。
總分與各部分分值 總分150分；其中口試部分15分，聽力部分30分，筆試部分105分。
測試時間分配：口試單獨進行，每個考生口試時間不超過5分鍾；聽力測試和筆試時間總共120分鍾；其中聽力測試不超過30分鍾。
主客觀題比例：約4:6。

聽力部分（30分）
Ⅰ.單句理解（5分）
聽句子，從所給三幅圖中選出與所聽到的句子情景相同（相近）的圖畫。共5小題。每個句子僅讀一遍。
Ⅱ.聽對話（15分） 共兩節。
第一節 聽5段對話，每段對話後有一個小題，從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，並標在試卷的相應位置。每段對話讀兩遍。
第二節 聽4組對話。每組對話後有幾個小題，從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，並標在試卷的相應位置。每組對話讀兩遍。

英語知識應用 （共三大題，滿分60分）
Ⅰ.選擇填空（10分） 共10小題，每題在一或兩句話中留出空白，要求考生從4個選項中選出正確答案。考查的內容以在語境中的語法、詞彙和日常交際用語的選擇為主。
Ⅱ.完形填空（10分） 在一段難度適中的短文中留出10個空白處，要求考生從每小題的4個選項中選擇正確的答案，使補足後的短文意思通順，結構完整。考生必須通篇考慮，掌握大意，綜合運用所學詞彙和語法知識，選擇正確的答案。
Ⅲ.閱讀理解（40分） 共5篇短文。其中第1篇要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎上，根據所給材料判斷句子的正誤。第2、3篇要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎上，根據所給材料，從每小題的4個選項中選出最佳答案。第4篇是個段落次序打亂的短文，要求考生在閱讀理解各段大意的基礎上給短文重新排序。第5篇是一篇任務型短文，根據短文中的步驟，完成一個任務設計。任務型短文要求考生不但要讀懂，還要動手做，即根據要求，把文字信息轉化為圖形、圖像、圖表、表格、數字等信息，形式可以是畫圖、製作表格、填空、設計（廣告、賀卡、名片、信封……）等。
閱讀理解測試的主要要求是：
1．既要理解具體的事實、細節，也要理解抽象的概念；
2．要對具體的事實、細節進行分析判斷和邏輯推理，以理解其深層次的含義；
3．要了解背景，理解文章的內涵，能概括文章的中心思想。
寫（共四大題，滿分45分）
Ⅰ.單詞歸類（10 分） 根據所給單詞，按其所屬類別進行歸類，歸類後如你能寫出更多的該類的單詞，請寫出來。考生多寫的正確歸類的單詞每兩個加1分，加分與扣分相抵後，分數不得超過該題滿分。
Ⅱ.遣詞造句（10分） 根據每題所提供的圖畫的情景、提示詞，寫一個與圖畫情景相符的句子。凡能運用關鍵詞寫出與所給圖畫情景相符的句子，意義和語法都正確的均可得分。
Ⅲ.綜合填空（10 分） 在一段難度適中的短文中留出10個空白處，短文上方有一個備選詞彙框，要求考生根據短文大意和語境選擇框格內詞彙的正確形式填入空白處，每空只填一個單詞，使補足後的短文意思通順、結構完整。
Ⅳ.書面表達（15分） 共兩小題。第一小題（5分）要求考生根據提示寫一篇英語應用文，如便條、留言條、電話記錄、通知等，詞數約40左右。第二小題（10分）要求考生根據圖畫或提示的情景，用英語寫一篇記敘文。詞數80左右。提供兩題命題作文，考生任選一題。
