英語口語的提高在於多屬練習！給點建議吧：
1、臉皮厚。換句話說，就是不怕出錯；
2、經常練習日常句子。把它們練習得能夠脫口而出；
3、為了幫助自己熟悉地道的英語，可以看一些美劇。邊看邊跟著說句子。
對於聽力，首先必須多練多聽
最好能做到每天聽聽力，不用很多，20分鍾左右就夠了
可以聽英文電台，看美劇，英文歌，聽自己的錄音都行
聽的過程中，先找出自己的薄弱環節，針對性的去復習操練；找出自己的不足，盡快更正過來
