金山詞霸吧，我用的金山詞霸直接可以通過語音輸入英語口語然後翻譯中文，不過是系回統翻譯，可能答有個別單詞的聽錯還有翻譯的不到位。不過大多數的軟體都這樣，除非你是蘋果手機，蘋果手機的SIRI自帶語音翻譯，而且聽口語准確率比一般的詞典都要高。當然不排除其他品牌手機也有類似功能的，比如三星的機子。
