『肆』 對教師口語的認識 1000字左右

小學數學教師口語評價的問題與對策
《數學課程標准》指出:「評價的主要目的是為了全面了解學生的數學學習歷程,激發學生的學習熱情和改進教師的教學行為。評價的手段和形式應多樣化,應以過程評價為主。」教師口語評價作為一種即時性評價方式,在教學過程中發揮著管理、導向、調控、激勵的作用,是教育評價的重要組成部分。分析當前小學數學教師口語評價存在的問題,研究相應的策略提高教師口語評價的質量,具有十分重要的意義。

一、問題與思考

新課程倡導「立足過程,促進發展」的評價理念。很多一線教師都能自覺地運用這一理念指導自己的教學行為,用充滿真情實感、富有啟發和激勵的言語善待每位學生,實現了評價促進學生發展的目標。但不可否認的是,仍有少數教師的口語評價存在一些問題。

1.評價視角不全面。當前,一些教師往往熱衷於對學生掌握教材上的知識的程度進行評價。其實,在數學學習中,學生分析問題和解決問題的能力,用數學的思維進行概括、推理、論證的能力用數學語言有條理、清晰、簡潔地進行有效交流的能力,學生學習數學過程中獲得的情感、態度和價值觀等,也是需要教師進行口語評價的。

2.評價時機不恰當。新課程改革的開放式教學充分激活了學生的思維,課堂教學呈現出前所未有的生機和活力。但由於有些教師已習慣於過去「一言堂」式的教學,思維形成定勢,往往抓不住學生靈活多變的思維主線,從而錯過一個個精彩的知識衍生點,失去知識拓展的機會,最終無法實現評價應有的導向功能。如在教學人教版《數學》二年級下冊「找規律」一課時,當學生發現了「地面圖形」四種顏色排列的規律之後,有的教師就急於小結,因而錯過了利用評價拓展學生思維的好時機,也沒有及時利用口語評價你真是善於發現的孩子,那如果讓你繼續擺下去,第五行應該怎麼擺呢?」而將課堂推向高潮。

3.評價內容不具體。一些教師在課堂上評價語言隨意性太大,為了評價而評價,把評價當成一種形式。在實際教學中,沒有注意學生存在的個性差異,總是用「你真聰明」「真能幹」「回答得真好,表揚他!」「你說得不對,我再請一位同學說。」等「放之四海而皆準」的空洞的語言來評價學生。「真好」好在哪裡?「不對」又錯在哪裡?學生不明白。這樣的口語評價失去了它應有的價值。

二、對策與建議

在數學課堂里,學生對問題的回答不僅揭示了學習的狀況,同時他的數學學習水平及所表現的情感與態度也在不經意間流露出來。教師要精心設計評價語,把握最佳時機,強化口語評價的針對性,讓評價的語言幫助學生認識自我建立信心。

1.擴大視角,精心設計評價

語。教師在進行口語評價時,不僅要關注學生對知識的掌握程度和能力的發展程度,還要重視對學生的學習過程、情感態度和價值觀方面的表現和發展,精心設計有利於學生發展的培養行為習慣、激發自主探索、重視激勵、關注團隊的評價語,養成良好的口語評價習慣,讓課堂更具魅力。

(1)培養習慣的評價語。正如著名教育家葉聖陶先生所說:「什麼是教育?簡單一句話,就是要培養良好的習慣。」然而,良好的學習習慣不是一朝一夕就能養成的,需要教師有意識地、潛移默化地培養。在教學過程中,教師可以用諸如「他聽得可認真了,善於傾聽他人發言的孩子是會學習的孩子!」「你坐得真端正!注意力真集中!」等評價語引導學生養成良好的學習和生活行為習慣。

(2)激勵發展的評價語。學生的潛能需要教師用口語評價來激發。在教學過程中,教師要讓學生從學習中體驗到成功,並引導學生將這種成功感轉化為新的學習動機,從而形成良性循環。在教學實踐中,以下一些激勵學生成長的評價語值得借鑒:「你敢於向困難挑戰,我要向你學習!」「你真有毅力,能堅持研究這么久!」「你有自己獨特想法,真了不起!」「你的發現很有價值,你的發現對我們進一步學習有很大幫助。」

(3)鼓勵質疑的評價語。學生敢於質疑,他們有自己獨立思考的意識,不再「唯書」「唯師」,教師適度的贊美是學生敢於質疑的催化劑。在教學實踐中,「會提問的孩子,就是聰明的孩子!」「小疑有小進,大疑有大進!」「沒關系,大聲地把自己的想法說出來」是一些教師常用的鼓勵學生質疑的評價語。

(4)關注團隊的評價語。作為新課程倡導的三大學習方式之一,小組合作學習在當前的課堂教學里被廣泛應用。在評價時,將小組視為一個整體進行評價,有利於培養學生的團隊精神和集體榮譽感。例如:「你完成得好極了如果能幫助你的同桌,那就更好啦!」「你是一個很優秀的記錄員不僅把觀察的內容詳細記錄下來了,而且還寫得非常端正、清晰!「你很像一個小老師,不僅管好了自己,而且把自己的小組也管理得很好。」這些口語評價,既注重了方法的引領,又培養了學生的團隊意識,值得提倡。
