Yes, I am really afraid of making mistakes. This is an directly forward answer. I think most of us some some experience of making mistakes. I am just a normal one, so I did the same as most of us.
Truth be told, last week I just had made a mistake, and it is not just a small mistake, maybe i can say it is a damage. I am an purchase agenter in one of factory. Everyday, I have to order some material from some suppliers. Some material I can buy it in our country, but some material I have to buy form abroad. All off us know that, when you order something in our own country, you can receive the goods soon. But when you order some goods form abroad, you will receive them after a long time,because it's will spend a lot of time on sea. and even sometime e to the weather we can't control the correctly time we will receive the good. So most of company dislike buy the things from the abroad. But sometime when your guest ask you have to do this kind of thing, you have do it. Or sometime the material is too peculiar for us to find them in our country.
Next week, we have to sent the procts to our supply which is in Europe. So the proction department began to use the some buttons to make the shoes. But at that moment, they found the depot department didn't receive the special buttons. So every department in our company began to find the reason, include purchase agent department. At last, they found that I did order it before two month.
At that moment, I felt very awful, I really what to kill myself. I realized that i can't deal with this problem by myself, I had to let my manage to know this matter, just he can use his power to deal it. So i did that immediately, found each materials of my job, include the latest shipping date, the dates which the proct department needs, the dates which the professional department can lasts, the dates which the supply can sent the buttons to us, ect. At last, when my manage finished this problem, he shouted at me, and told next time if you make the same mistake, i will be punished.
I know this is all my fault. But the mistake also teach me a lesson.
From this mistake, i learn a lot.
When you make a mistake, don't be afraid of it. Just accept it, and you have to admit it. Don't to try to find any excuses. The mistake has been made, so make the most of it. When you admit it, you will willing to found some methods to deal with it, to save it immediately. Just you admit it as quickly as possible, you can save much more damnify.
Everyone of us will make mistakes in our daily life, just do this like this, the manage will not underestimate you, you colleagues will willing to work with you. Just in that invironment , you can enjoy you job and you life.
