從小學到大學，我們學了十幾年英語，很多人也過了大學六級，但是就是很難與外籍人士交流，總是開不了口，“啞巴英語”困擾了許多人。
其實，語言是需要練的。"Practice makes perfect"，熟能生巧。沒有堅持的練習，一般人是無法說一口流利的英語。下面我們就從兩個方面談談如何“練”英語，讓我們能大膽開口說英語。
1. 清晨朗讀——創造環境
語言環境很重要，如果能處在英語為母語的國家中，那麼只需融入周圍的日常生活即可。但是，當我們大部分人還是生活在非英語國家時，我們就需要自己創造環境。創造環境的方法之一就是早讀。早讀能讓我們調動身體的英語學習細胞，保持學習的勁頭。
清晨、上班或工作前，花20-30分鍾，選出一篇與自己專業相關或者喜歡的文章，跟著錄音朗讀，為大腦上發條，為你開啟一天的英語學習之旅。熟讀一篇文章，同時也能積累大量詞彙、句型等等，讓你不知不覺中“背”下了這些表達，在今後的交流中，就能脫口而出。
2. 跟讀模仿——提高發音
有時候發音不正確，即使開口說英語，外國人也聽不懂，這也是導致交流障礙的重要原因之一。提高發音的一個方法就是：跟著錄音讀。先是一句一句地讀，再一段一段地讀，直到發音能和錄音一樣，並且能與錄音同步朗讀後，再接下去。
剛開始練習時，可以選擇簡單的教材，比如“英語口語900句”系列，包含各種不同的情景和大量基本句型。模仿起來不會太吃力，發音好掌握。內容雖然簡單，但是很實用。因為日常對話中不會用到太復雜的詞彙，最重要的是要知道英語交流中地道的用法。在大量的跟讀模仿之後，這些單詞句型也會紮根在腦海深處，與外籍人士的交流中，不知不覺地“溜”出來。
只要肯“練”，就能夠大膽開口說英語，而且說得流利地道。早讀時，聽著錄音模仿跟讀，學習優美的句型，能夠提高聽、說、讀、寫各個方面的英語。平日花時間跟讀模仿一些簡單的對話，為英語日常交流打下堅實的基礎。
