2、抓閱讀，俗話說「得閱讀者得天下」，所以你要盡量讓自己每天做一兩篇閱讀，以此來保持自己的手感和思維。
3、其次重要的是聽力，要每天的早上聽一些習題，當然要堅持不懈，以至於可以讓自己沒有陌生感
4、至於寫作方面的話要記得背模板作文，記住一些框架以及常用的連詞啊，句型之類的
記單詞的話選擇在早上或者睡覺前記憶，可能會比較有效果。
