I. 為什麼英語閱讀訓練題，總是做不好呀
請根據自己的實際情況找原因。根據本人所知，我認為閱讀理解題做不好的主要原因有以下幾個：
1、詞彙量不大。
2、語法功底不扎實。
3、養成了不良的閱讀習慣：如慢讀、邊讀邊指字、出聲閱讀、心讀、心譯、過分復視、逐字閱讀、過分依賴詞典等。
4、閱讀方法與技巧欠缺。
閱讀理解是對我們所學的英語知識的理解和運用能力的綜合測試。從各類英語試題來看，這一項佔有較大的比重，而且試題量大，難度大。
做閱讀理解題，一般採取以下幾種方法：
一、要嚴格按文章的內容來回答問題。
有時恰好測試的內容是你所熟悉的題材，這時千萬不要按照你對這種題材已具有的知識來想當然地回答問題。要認真閱讀眼前材料各方面的信息。
二、帶著問題讀文章。
閱讀文章前最好把文章後面的問題先看一遍，做到心中有數，然後帶著問題去閱讀短文，邊讀邊捕捉文中與問題相關的信息，初步掌握文章大意和作者意圖。
三、把握住五個/"W/"和一個/"H/"。
在速讀全文，了解文意的基礎上，理順思路，摸清脈絡，然後把著眼點轉到文章的每一個段落上，盡快把握住文章的五個/"W/"(who，where，when，what，why)和一個/"H/"(how)。把握住了這些，就算抓住了整個事件的過程，即文章的細節，做題時就會收到事半功倍的效果。
四、抓住文章的主題。
一般來說，一篇短文往往是圍繞一個中心思想展開的。短文的每個段落都有自己的主題句來表達其中心思想。因此在閱讀短文時首先要找出本段的主題句，它一般在每段的開頭，也有在一段的結尾的情況，或者隱含在段落中，這就要求同學們正確去判斷。
五、閱讀必須講究速度。
在生詞率低於5%的閱讀材料中，一般閱讀速度在每分鍾60～80個單詞。為達到快速閱讀並提高閱讀能力的目的，一定要注意不要長時間停留在某個生詞上，而浪費了做其他題的時間。
六、猜測詞義要有方法。
每一篇文章都可能有生詞，這是很自然的現象。我們可以採取下列幾種方法：①利用構詞法知識猜測詞義。②根據說明性詞語猜測詞義。③利用上下文的相關信息猜測詞義。④從本句前後的詞語來判斷詞義。⑤運用已學知識猜測詞義等。
七、注意認真分析文章體裁。
