「一個工作在源小辦公室的職員發現辦公室里的文件多得放不下了。
於是，他給經理寫了個紙條，建議經理把舊的用不著的文件都拿走毀掉。
經理回復他說可以，不過在毀掉之前，這個職員必須要把所有的文件都復制一遍。」
經理回答巧妙，文件重要，不能銷毀。
