On Nov.18th,1908,three men went up in a balloon. They started early in London. The headman was Augusta Gaudron, and the other two men were Tannar and Maitland. They had a big balloon and they were ready for a long way.
Soon they heard the sea. They were carrying the usual rope, and it was hanging down from the basket of the balloon. At the end of the rope they had tied a metal box. This could hold water, or it could be empty. So they were able to change its weight. It was for use over the sea. They were also carrying some bags of sand.
After the sun rose, the balloon went higher. It went up to 3,000 metres, and the air was very cold. The water in the balloon became ice. Snow fell past the men's basket, and they could see more snow on the ground. The men tried to throw out some more sand; but it was hard. They tried to break the icy sand with their knives, but it was not easy. The work was slow and they were still falling, so they had to drop some whole bags of sand. One of them fell on an icy lake and made a black hole in the ice.
At last they pulled the box into the basket. It was still snowing; so they climbed to get away from the snow. They rose to 5,100 metres! Everything became icy. They were so cold that they decided to land. They came down in Poland heavily but safely. They had travelled 1,797 kilometers from London!

Happiness and unhappiness are (.D. opposite) sides of a judgement about your situation. If you judge your situation as bad for you, that's unhappiness. If you judge a situation as (2.B. good) for you, that's happiness.
The experience of happiness is one of those general terms we use to say, 「I feel good (3.A. emotionally)」. People use different (4.A. terms) to describe what feels good for them. For someone it might be (5.B. excitement), passion, exhilaration, fulfillment, freedom, feeling fully alive with inspiration and joy. For (6.A. another) it might be more peaceful, content, capable, hopeful, satisfied, and comfortable feeling. (7.A. Whatever) you call it, it just feels darn good.
Our natural state of being is to be happy. When you (8.C. remove) all the uncomfortable emotions we humans can experience (and they are numerous), you're left with happiness. So it's easiest to (9.B. define) happiness by what it is not.
Happiness is not pleasure (10.D. although) they can appear similar. (11.B. Pleasure) is an outside enjoyment. You might find pleasure in buying a new car, or in going (12.C. on vacation), or having friends over for dinner, or … The (13.B. list) is long on what you might enjoy experiencing. Pleasure requires an external stimuli for you to experience it. Happiness does not. Happiness is a (14.D. belief) about yourself and the outside world. You can be doing something you (15.B. normally) experience as pleasurable but not be happy! Pleasure is born from the external world, happiness is born from the internal workings of our own minds.

第一段內容是華為mateXS手機是一款可折疊手機,並且是秒殺競爭對手的手機;
第二段講的是這個手機吸引了大部分人的目光,很多人使用;
第三段講的是它的電池以及多任務管理,可以3個app同時在一個界面進行(此處注意3個app,是第一題的答案,29題選D);
第四段講的是華為的問題,從first,next不難看出,這是分點描述,所以閱讀第二題,那句話應該填在這里的開頭,也就是30題選C;
There's a lot to weigh up here,especially that price €2299。
