秋風習習，陽光和煦。今天下午我要去上英語課。一下課，我歡快的吹氣了口哨。要問我為什麼如此高興？答案很簡單：因為上課時利用了休息時間把當堂講的課文即會背熟也會默寫了！
「叮鈴鈴……」上課鈴響了。我的同桌卻不高興了：「老師為什麼這樣啊，B組兩個強手，C組（我們組）就我同桌一個！」我心裡偷樂：這話算說對了！可回頭一看，心便沉了下來。對手竟是洪藝菲Tina和理晗頡Coco！光是我對付她倆其中一人就已是小巫見大巫了，況且是她們兩人……哎！可是我不能辜負了同桌對我的期望呀，今天我就拼了！呵，雖然第一項「寫」我不是最快，可是我在質量上得到了老師的認可，為我們組加了十分！下一項，檢查背課文的情況。我背誦的事最長最難的一段，雖然是上周背的，可我依然背得滾瓜亂熟！我仔細得聽別人的背誦，也就只有Tina能和我Amy一決雌雄了。當然了，背得這么好也得到了同學們和老師的掌聲。老師說一些同學背誦的不流利，於是生氣了。我覺得老師生氣是對的。老師留的作業未能很好的完成，背得磕磕巴巴，若你是老師你不生氣？老師在白板上寫下四十多個單詞，說：「看著白板再試試！」這個方法果然妙，不一會，大家就都會了。
下課了，B組比我們組只多了一分！雖然未能奪冠，可我們沒有遺憾，因為我們盡力了！

郭老師開始給我們讀書了，她先讀的是《木木的植物日記》，書中說了木木因為喜歡植物，所以不停地觀察，結果發現「花有男女，就像動物一樣要配對兒才能結出果實。」真有趣！
隨後，郭老師讀了《蚯蚓的日記》。當老師讀到「媽媽說我應該永遠記住三件事：1、地球給了我們需要的一切。2、我們鑽地道的時候，也同時幫忙照顧了地球。3、絕對不要在爸爸吃報紙的時候煩他。」時，同學們都哈哈大笑。
最後，郭老師讀的是《馬燕日記》，郭老師剛讀完一篇，同學們已經笑得前仰後翻，你知道為什麼嗎？聽——「今天我剛起床，洗完臉刷完牙，上課鈴就響了。一位穿著藍夾克黑褲子的老師走了進來，跟我們講了幾句做人的道理，就走了，又來了一位老師……」所有人包括我都覺得這篇日記像流水賬，但郭老師說：「我筆寫我心，把每天看到的、聽到的、想到的寫下來就是日記。」原來寫日記這么簡單！

So I promised to go. A-ha! I can see my old friends. I was very happy and hopeful.
