計分規則
Scoring

1、比賽採用100分制,採取平均計分。
The maximum score is 100, the average is taken from judges.

2、評委打分精確到小數點後1位。
Judges will score the contestants accurate to one decimal place.

3、朗誦超過或沒有達到規定時間,以10秒為計時段,在總分中減0.1分,不足10秒按10秒計算,最高減0.6分。
Recital does not meet minumum time required or exceeds the maximum time. 0.1 points will be dected for every 10 seconds, time periods less than 10 seconds will count as 10 seconds.

4、每一選手朗誦限時5分鍾,最短不得少於3分鍾。

Each contestant will recite for a minumum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes.

『伍』 誰有 英語風采大賽的演講稿 及 比賽項目規則

比賽規則

分組:各分賽區選拔賽聽力環節根據選手按照《美國語伴》自報級別進行,其他環節按小學組、初中組、高中組和大學成人組進行。
二、評分標准:

1、內容(20分):內容充實,結構清晰、完整,有新意;

2、語音語調(20分):發音正確、清楚,表達自然准確;

3、流暢性(10分):表達流暢,語速適中;

4、詞彙和語法(15分):用詞恰當,無語法錯誤;

5、風度(10分):表現力強,有較好的台風並能有生動的肢體語言;

6、交流應變能力(15分):反應敏捷、正確,能夠恰當地與他人溝通;

7、整體評價(10分):綜合表現協調一致,自然大方。

三、比賽辦法:

1、比賽按分賽區選拔賽和河北賽區決賽兩個階段進行。

2、分賽區選拔賽以分賽區為單位組織,共兩個環節:1)聽力測試,全省統一出題,同一時間進行,重點考察選手聽力,出題范圍以《美國語伴》相應級別為主,原則上略高於中小學教學大綱要求;2)演講比賽,採用自命題演講的方式,時間不超過3分鍾,由分賽區組織評委現場評分,重點考察選手英語口語發音和寫作與表達能力。以上兩項得分相加為選手總分,根據總分排名確定進入全省決賽選手。

3、全省決賽分三輪進行:1)第一輪為預賽,由演講比賽和評委面試兩個環節組成。演講比賽為自命題演講;評委面試採用現場提問的方式,所提問題由選手抽簽獲得。兩項得分相加為選手總分,按總分名次決定進入第二輪比賽的選手;2)第二輪為半決賽,形式為即興命題演講和評委提問,重點考察選手聽說能力和應變能力;3)第三輪為決賽,按照中央電視台總決賽環節進行,詳情請參照中央電視台製作的往屆比賽圖書和光碟。

4、往屆進入全國總決賽選手不再參加本組比賽,如參加更高級別組比賽,可以直接進入半決賽。往屆進入全省總決賽的選手,可以直接進入半決賽。

5、為了體現重在參與的原則,同時保證比賽的高水平,組委會將根據各校、各分賽區參加初賽的選手比例和成績分配進入全省決賽的選手名額。

四、時間安排:

1、分賽區選拔賽時間:2005年元月1日、2日、3日;

2、全省決賽時間:2005年寒假(春節前),具體時間另行通知。

五、獎項設置:

1、希望之星英語風采大賽低幼組評出十佳英語寶貝、英語寶貝,其它組評出河北十佳希望之星獎各10名(前三名註明名次),希望之星獎各50名,希望獎若干名,各組冠軍獲得者同時獲得冠軍獎。

2、青少年英語演講比賽按組評出一等獎10名、二等獎20名、三等獎50名,優秀獎若干名。

4、所有參加比賽選手,根據成績可同時獲得美國哈佛國際語言交流測試中心的英語聽力和口語級別證書。

5、根據學校參賽選手數量和平均成績,命名河北省年度英語名師獎、英語教育示範學校獎,根據各賽區比賽規模與成績向有關單位頒發優秀組織獎。

六、為確保比賽的公平、公正、公開,比賽建立評委迴避制度和監評員監評制度。

1、評委不得參與本校學生和直系親屬子女的評分。

2、由各分賽區代表、家長代表組成監評組,在比賽現場進行全過程監督,並與評委一起在評分表上簽名,簽名以後的評分表任何人無權改變,如有爭議由賽場所有評委和監評員聯合作出裁決。

3、電視決賽現場邀請石家莊市公證處公證員現場公證。

七、指定教材:本次比賽的指定教材為美國哈佛大學語言交流中心針對非英語國家人士進入美國學習而編寫的《美國語伴》系列教材,該教材注重聽說能力的培養,與教材配套的光碟實現了完美的人機對話功能,地道的美語不亞於聘請了一位24小時全職外教。本教材分1-12級,其中小學組適用1-3級,初中組適用3-6級,高中組適用6-9級,大學成人組適用9級以上。

八、本次活動強調自願參加原則,所有選手請自覺遵守本比賽規則以及組委會的相關規定,有關本次活動的解釋權歸中央電視台希望之星英語風采大賽河北組委會。

一、 李雯佳,22歲,雲南

Our common destiny

「 We are made wise not by the recollections of the past but by our responsibility for the future」

----George Bernard Shaw

China is faced with some enormous challenges as it enters the 21st century. In order to ensure the prosperity of our nation and its future generations we must confront and ultimately solve these challenges.

Some of the more pressing issues facing China are universal. These include environmental degradation, over population and the effects of globalization.

To overcome some of the things we need to implement include:

Enhancing our scientific and instrial technologies in such areas as IT, Bio- tech, AI and Cybernetics.

Further develop public infrastructure in under developed regions.

Promote ecation reform at all levels.

Introce sustainable development initiatives.

The implementation of free trade agreement between China and ASEAN.

The benefit to China in introcing these initiatives will be significant and far-reaching. It is important to realize that these initiatives need to filter down through all elements of the society in China. For instance, cutting edge technologies and intellectual properties; the development of e-commerce based economy; an ecation system that encourages innovation and creativity; increased foreign investment; higher living standards; more efficient use of natural resources.

It is important for us to realize these reforms are both essential and necessary. These will help China to fulfill its vast and unrealized potential on the world stage. It will also contribute more to a globalized world of the new century.

As for the future our task is not to foresee but to enable.

我們的共同命運

「我們並不是靠回憶過去而變得睿智,我們之所以明智是由於我們有對未來的責任感」。

中國在邁向二十一世紀的同時,也面臨著一些巨大的挑戰,為了確保我國的繁榮及為子孫後代著想,我們必須面對挑戰並最終從根本上解決它們。

一些中國即將面臨的挑戰迫切的問題是全球普遍存在的。這些問題包括環境惡化,人口過剩及全球化的影響。為了解決這些問題,我們需要實施以下措施:

(1)提高並增強我們的科學及產業技術,如在信息技術產業,生物技術領域,人工智慧以及神經機械學領域;

(2)加快推動欠發達地區的公共設施建設;

(3)促進不同層次的教育改革;

(4)使可持續發展的觀念深入人心;

(5)推行中國與東南亞聯盟的自由貿易協定。

中國將受益於積極主動的採取具有重要深遠意義的措施。認識到這些措施需要實施到中國社會的各個層面是重要的,從而帶來廣泛且深遠的各種改善,如:邊緣科技及知識產權;發展以電子商務為基礎的經濟; 一種鼓勵發明與創造的教育體制;更多的外國投資; 更高的生活水平;更加有效的利用自然資源。

我們要意識到各項改革措施是根本的也是有必要的。這些將會促進中國在世界舞台上實現其巨大且尚未實現的潛力。

這也將會對全球化的新世紀做出貢獻。

至於未來,我們的任務不是去預知未來,而是努力去使其成為現實。

What College Ecation Means to Me

The title of my speech is 「What college ecation means to me」.Now reflecting on the past two and half years of my college experience, I come to realize how much it has shaped me.

For me, college ecation is a marvelous ship-builder who designed me from kneel plates up.

With great vision, college ecation has equipped me, first with a powerful propeller----the sophisticated knowledge in certain field and wide exposure to other disciplines. By dedicating myself to the engineering courses in the day and immersing myself in the rich banquet of the world literature at night, I』ve amassed the driving force for the future and enriched my soul.

Besides, college ecation has also provided me with a precise compass----the sense of social responsibility. How can I best serve the interest of the public while achieving my self-fulfillment? My one year』s experience as a part-time English teacher has testified: to be valuable to society as well as to find my place, I have to possess some actual strength and the ability to function well in the most challenging situation. Amid the hectic schele that balances club activities, sports, and academic courses, I feel the rhythm and beauty in the intensity of my high-pitched life, knowing that I 』m on the right way.

And more importantly, college ecation has set up not only single ships, but also fleets with common destinations. By interacting with friends of common beliefs, I』ve acquired skills of relating to other people.

Now ,as a ship about to make my maiden voyage ,I』m still not in the position to tell what』s waiting ahead of me ,but with a powerful propeller, a precise compass and ardent companions of sailing in the sea of society, I』m ready to be a great sea-explorer.

大學教育對我的意義

今天我演講的題目是「大學教育對我的意義」。回顧思索著逝去的兩年半的大學生活,我漸漸認識到大學教育對我產生的巨大影響。

對我來說,大學教育猶如一位技藝精湛的造船師,從船頭至船尾地塑造了我。

首先,具有遠見卓識的大學教育為我裝配了一隻馬力強勁的推進器;精深的專業知識及廣博的課外知識給我帶來無限動力。白天我全神貫注地研習自己的工科課程,晚上則盡情享受世界文學所帶來的盛宴,在此過程中,我既為未來積聚了力量,又充實了自己的靈魂。

此外,大學教育還為我提供了一個精確的羅盤,即社會責任感。「如何才能在實現自我價值的同時最大限度地服務於社會?」我一年的兼職英語教師的經歷證明:只有擁有過硬的實力和對高挑戰性局面應付自如的能力,我才能成為一個對社會有價值的人,一個找到自己位置的人。在協調著社團活動、體育運動和專業課程的忙碌日程中,我感受到了高節奏、高密度生活的韻律與美麗。

更為重要的是,大學教育不僅僅製造了一隻只單個的船隻,他還組建了一支支駛向同一目的地的大艦隊。在與志趣相投的朋友們的相處、融合中,我鍛煉了與人交往的能力。

Sharing is happiness

Nowadays, a lot of people all over the world like to help others by sharings. Is it because people now are more caring than used to be? The answer is "No!". There were always the proportion of kind people in this world. The helping of others difference between now and then is just the wealth and political stabilities.

In the old days, the world are constantly at waring state. People were in chaos most of the time, things were hard for everyone regardless of rich or poor. And of course there were not so many rich people either, hence people doing charity were very few and far in between.

But now, the world is far more peaceful than ever before, and follow the rapid development of the world's economy, people in developped countries nowdays have far more exccessive income to spare, and with the creation of the charity oragnizations world wide. More fortunate people can share a bit of their wealth to help those other not so fortunate ones in every corner of our world.

Simply some the charity organizations had gone so big, their aids are far reached to almost everywhere in the world. charity events are also being held everywhere, everyday and for everything! Many people are really enjoying helping others, some even devoted into doing charities, volanteers for charity works are in their thousands. A lot of them not just sharing what they have but also enjoy involving in doing the help. They surely are giving their hearts and their warmth to the needy and proud of their sharings!.

重要公告:大賽復賽詳細流程

2007年度CCTV迎奧運希望之星英語風采大賽武漢賽區復賽定於月21日、22日在武漢市二十五中舉行,復賽選手將接受考官面對面的測試。

大賽復賽詳細流程如下:

小學組、初中組復賽共有三個環節:

一、 自我展示:選手可以用英語自我介紹、英語演講、英語講故事等。(本環節1分鍾至1分半鍾)

二、 考官提問:考官就選手「自我展示」的內容,向選手提問。(本環節30秒至1分鍾)

三、 現場作答:選手抽出一個現場作答題,選手要用英語來答題,本環節考察選手即時反映能力。(本環節2-3分鍾)

高中組、大學成人組復賽共有三個環節:

三名選手一起進入考場,現場抽簽決賽發言順序。

一、 自我介紹:用英語向考官作個自我介紹(本環節每人一分鍾)。

二、 微型演講:內容不限(本環節每人兩分鍾)。

三、 共同辯論:考官給出一個辯題,三名選手現場討論、共同發言。考官根據每名選手的表現打分。(本環節共六分鍾)

(請各選手務必提前三十分鍾到達考場登記、備考。)

大賽復賽評判標准

評判標准:滿分100分,取3考官平均分。

內容 (15分): 內容充實、結構清晰、完整、有新意

語音語調(15分): 發音正確、清楚、表達自然

流暢性(15分): 表達流暢、語速適中

『玖』 09希望之星英語風采大賽初賽的有關規則

此乃本人復的幾點經驗:-)
1.一般制是筆試
2.既有筆試又有聽力,初三很合算啊!一般來說,筆試不會很難的,聽力部分稍比平時難一些,但初賽的晉級人數很多,不會要求太苛刻,
我是江蘇的,去年我參加的時候,初賽前做了一些聽力和閱讀,後來在全國預選賽的時候的筆試,也是聽力和閱讀難,所以建議多看一些,多聽一些,
至於口試的時候,就看你平時的功底了,記住,要confident,relax,同時注意台風,穿著干凈,演講的時候注意eye contact 和一定的body language

估計是科普類的吧,買書做題,答題的時候 注意拿鉛筆劃出一些關鍵回詞,讀題,用圓圈答圈出問的是什麼 比如問原因 問對錯 問主旨什麼的,用波浪線劃出 形容詞比較級最高級 限定詞 專有名詞 導向性的詞(如顯然的,可以接受的)這些詞是幫助你在文中定位在哪裡找答案的,如果你總是看一遍又一遍再答題一定來不及,主要靠練習 還有不要糾結於一個單詞,注意每段的首句 第二句 最後一句 裡面通常包含 主旨和中心,還有注意一些所謂的提示詞 但是 然而 雖然 什麼的 它引導的信息通常都很重要 都在這上面出題
