額。。。能夠識別你不認識的單詞的軟體應該木有，但是有些軟體可以劃詞翻譯，這專個是要你自己不屬會的單詞選擇然後看解釋。或者你可以去看那些有中英文對照的網站，譯言網，華爾街日報神馬的~
其實最好的閱讀方法還是盡量在閱讀的時候不要查字典，這個很影響效率，學習的效果也不會好。
你還是應該盡量自己看，畢竟有上下文，許多單詞的意思還是大致可以猜出來的。最後看完再查不認識的單詞，帶回原文理解，這樣對生詞的印象也較深。
還有一點就是，如果你現在閱讀的內容有太多生詞，那就說明不適合你的水平，應該稍微降點難度，至少不能讓個別單詞影響你對文章的理解。
『貳』 英語閱讀理解中時事部分比較難，誰能提供一些好的文章啊量最好大點。
好辦！<1>多看有趣的文章，例如福島核電站、日本地震等等，可以學到tsunami(日語版，轉成權英語，=海嘯).核輻射Radiation/Radiative等等，一看即懂；<2>多唱流行歌曲，了解當下流行明星、人物，政客等等；<3>多背短語。因為短語的意思與字面不同。例如look after(字面是："看後面"，即使是天才，你也難懂)；<4>多看語法書，把漢語/母語習慣改掉。<5>專攻條塊新聞，例如體育。你把體育類的單詞吭個光，就好懂了。然後就是看看輕松的八卦新聞，接下來就是戰爭，經濟。醫學是最麻煩了，慢慢熬！

The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee decided Friday that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee will convene in Beijing in October this year.
The decision was made at a Political Bureau meeting, presided by President Hu Jintao, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee.
2.英語新聞:China announces enforcement regulations for amended personal income tax law
The State Council, or China's cabinet, on Wednesday announced new regulations designed to facilitate the enforcement of the country's new indivial income tax law, which features an increased monthly tax exemption threshold.
Premier Wen Jiabao signed a State Council order to approve the creation of the regulations, which are set to take effect on Sept. 1, 2011.
The National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, or China's legislative body, adopted an amendment to the indivial income tax law ring a bimonthly session last month. The amendment raised the monthly tax exemption threshold from 2,000 yuan (307.7 U.S. dollars) to 3,500 yuan.
The new law reces the previous nine-bracket system to a smaller seven-bracket system, eliminating brackets corresponding to tax rates of 15 and 40 percent.
It also reces the minimum tax rate from 5 percent to 3 percent for people whose monthly incomes are between 3,500 and 4,500 yuan.

A shortlist of 50 candidates from 22 countries has been selected for "the best job in the world" - being well paid to spend six months on a tropical Australian island, organizers said yesterday.
Ranging from dancers to scientists, chefs and students, the candidates are from countries including the United States, Britain, Russia, India, China, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Kenya.
They were selected from a total of 34,684 applicants from some 200 countries hoping to become "caretaker" of Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef in a tourism promotion run by the Queensland state government.
The job pays 150,000 Australian dollars ($100,000) for six months and includes airfares from the successful candidate's home country to the island. In return, the winner will be expected to have as much fun as possible - soaking up the sun, swimming, snorkeling, sailing - and report to a global audience via weekly blogs, photo diaries and video updates.
"Yesterday, a team of Tourism Queensland along with a professional recruitment company made the very tough decisions necessary to cut the shortlist to the Top 50," said state Tourism Minister Desley Boyle.
