上個月我們向學生詢問了他們的業余活動情況。我們的問題是關於鍛煉，網路的使用及看電視。這是調查結果。
我們發現僅有15%的學生每天鍛煉。45%的學生每周鍛煉4到6次。20%的學生每周鍛煉1到3次。而且20%的學生根本不鍛煉！
我們都知道許多學生經常上網，但令我們吃驚的是有90%的學生每天都用互聯網。其他10%的學生每周至少使用3或4次。大部分學生用互聯網只是為了娛樂而不是為了作業。
關於看電視這個問題的回答也非常有趣。只有2%的學生每周看1到3次。13%的學生每周看4到6次。85%的學生每天都看電視！盡管很多學生喜歡看運動類節目，但游戲類節目是最受歡迎的。
通過上網或看游戲類節目是很好的放鬆方式，但是我們認為最好的放鬆方式是通過鍛煉。它對身心健康都有益。比如進行體育活動這方面的鍛煉是有趣的，當你們一起運動的時候你可以和朋友、家人一起度過時光。請記住：「積習難改」。因此在為時太晚之前就開始鍛煉吧！
