本試卷共分為兩部分，第一部分是聽力題，第二部分是筆試題。
一、試題的特點:
(一)、注重了基礎知識的考查
試卷中能充分體現考查學生基礎知識為主要目標的命題原則，堅持依據於課本，
但又避免教材中機械的知識，對於一些學生必須掌握的基礎知識作為重點考查的內容(
如名詞的復數的運用，重點短語等)，因為這些知識的掌握能更好地為今後的學習打下
堅實的基礎。
(二)、突出語言的交際功能
英語作為語言，是一種交際的工具。而小學英語教學根據小學生的年齡特點和語
言學習的規律，確立以聽說能力的培養為主要目標，讀寫跟上的原則進行。
(三)、滲透了能力考查的要求
學習語言是為了交際。小學英語教學不僅要教給學生一些最基本的語言知識，而
且要教給學生運用語言的方法和能力。在試卷的問題設計上，增加了對學生閱讀理解
能力和活用語言能力的考查。
二、下面就試卷的總體情況分析如下
(一)、聽力部分
聽力測試旨在考查學生聽音、辨音及聽力理解和快速反應能力。滿分為30分，共
四題，整體來看，聽力部分得分率相對來說比較高，失分較多的是第三、四題。失分
的主要原因是學生心理緊張，聽的技巧掌握不好，學生不能領會錄音內容中的關鍵信
息點，以至造成失誤。
(二)、筆試部分
筆試部分主要考查學生的語言基礎知識和基本技能，包括詞、片語、語法的正確
運用和讀寫能力的考查，同時增加了一個語音辨析題和閱讀短文訓練，現分述如下：
1、語音訓練 ，是屬於基礎知識，主要考查學生的對語音的辨析能力對於初學英
語者來說，一定要加強聽說訓練。這題的錯誤率比較高。
2、選擇填空，主要考查了句子的整體把握能力，大部分學生完成得不錯，但是也
有少部分學生做得一塌糊塗。
3、情景問答，內容都是書上平時的對話內容，部分學生做得很好，但也有很差的

4、連成句子，本題主要考查學生對句子的整體把握能力，內容是根據課本內容，
簡單易做，此題得分率為85％，出錯的基本是基礎差的學生，他們對句子沒有整體性
概念，陷於無知的狀態，另外本題單詞間出現的逗號也誤導了學生，影響了學生的得
分，如果形式上像練習冊那樣，得分率可能還要高些。
5、找錯改錯，這題相對來說很難，學生失分很高，即使平時英語學習很好的學生
也不能夠完全找出錯誤並改正，以後要加強這方面的訓練。
6、完成對話，本題不僅考查學生的對話理解能力，而考查了學生正確使用和拼寫
單詞的能力。對話內容與教材中學過的內容類似，大部分來自練習冊，但是得分率並
不高，同時從答題情況來看，學生不會從上下文來連貫地思考問題，也不會從語法的
角度來分析問題。
7、閱讀短文，此題主要考查了學生的閱讀能力，對於基礎差的同學簡直猶如天書
。
三、幾點教學建議
1、加強詞彙教學。包括單詞拼寫，詞義記憶，語用功能的訓練，在平常的教學中
一定要常抓不懈。詞彙是文章、句子的基本單位，詞彙量的大小，將直接關繫到學生
能否流利地運用英語進行交際；能否熟練地用英語讀和寫；能否順利地用英語思考。
從閱卷所反映的問題看，在今後的教學中，在加強拼讀與拼寫的同時，應幫助學生進
行有意識記，應加強對詞的用法及內在含義的理解，要培養學生用英語解釋單詞的能
力，逐步啟發引導學生用英語思考。單詞教學一定要做到詞不離句，這樣，學生在學
會了單詞的同時，也學會了詞的一些基本用法。
2、基本的語法教學一定要與語境相結合。進行語法操練時，要堅持「四位一體」
，即話題、語境、結構、功能相結合。抓住話題，聯系語境，確定語法結構，明確語
法功能（交際功能）。要重視語法知識對於培養語言運用功能的基礎作用，又要注重
改革教法。課堂上一定要有生動活潑的教學活動。
3、進一步培養閱讀能力。閱讀能力的培養是英語教學的又一重點。《課標》規定
「學生應達到一定量的課外閱讀量」。其實，試卷上每一題都要求學生閱讀。我們常
說，「這類題目已講過x遍, y個學生不會做。」這不是因為學生沒有聽懂老師所講的
題目，而是因為學生不會閱讀試卷上的題目，對不上適用的語法結構。閱讀能力的培
養在於平時。教師在平時講解閱讀理解題時，應著力幫助學生分析語言材料，而不是
核對答案。
