94-03年太早了，03年後考研英語改革了，建議從03年的開始研究就好了，改革之後，專題型就基本固定下來了，就屬是每年的新題型可能會考選句填空，段落排序，選標題等幾個形式不定，而且應該說難度近幾年應該稍有加大。總體來說03年到15年的真題都值得一做，比那些模擬題來說在題目設置，難度上還是最接近實戰。真題的解析就推薦張劍的黃寶書，感覺解析也挺明了的。真題多研究幾遍比盲目做題有用多了。

1、常規年份讀法

年份一般是四位數字，所以可以兩位數字兩位數字地分開讀。

1867年 讀作eighteen sixty-seven、1988年 讀作nineteen eighty-eight

2、整百年的讀法

1900年 讀作nineteen hundred、1800年 讀作eighteen hundred

3、整千年的讀法

2000年 讀作 two thousand

4、中間有「零」的年份，「零」可讀作「O」，就是字母「O」

1806年 讀作eighteen O six

5、非四位數的年份

按照基數詞的方法來讀或者是一個一個數字讀。

524BC讀作five two four BC或者five hundred and twenty-four BC

應該選抄擇D的原因：
首先根據四個選項中出現的關鍵詞可以確定這題問的是 forget 與adpative的關系
也就是在第二段尋找答案
第二段第三局話：Yet, dramatic instances of sudden forgetting can seem to be adaptive. 表明了答案就是 D。
lz可能是看到題干中的evolutionary誤以為在第三段尋找答案，但是第三段主要內容是講memory fail to fade的後果，即don『t forget 的後果，與該題無關。
