College graates employment problem in America

Currently, the unemployment rate among people with a bachelor degree or higher is at around 4.5% as of May, 2011, much lower than the U.S. national average of 9.1%. Overall, college graates do enjoy higher earnings than their less-ecated peers.

However, based on the current U.S. labor market condition, the employment and pay level in this demographic class would be under pressure in the next few years as new college graates flood the market in a down cycle of the economy.Regardless of the reasons for the disparity in employment rates, black college graates must navigate the job market the way it is now. Lack of opportunity can only be countered by continuing to be proactive. Pro-activity does not just mean training harder or longer to improve or increase skills and marketability or working consistently to build connections.

If there are no opportunities available, black college graates must create their own because entrepreneurship is the only definitive solution to the problem of employability. The difficulties associated with working for others decrease if we take steps to work for ourselves.

In the United States,30 percent of the alt population has a"weight problem. Some people think the reason is clear-----they eat too much. But the scientific evidence does little to support this idea. Going back to the America of 1910. We can find that people were thinner than today, but they ate more food than us. In those days people worked harder, walked more ,used machines less and didn't watch TV.
Several modern studies ,such as a study of 3545 London office workers in 1979, report that fat people eat less than thin people .
Studies show that thin people are more active than fat people. A study by a group a t stanford University found the following interesting fact:
The more the men run , the more their body fat lost.
The more they run , the more food they need.
Those who run the most eat the more, and lose the most body fat.
