09年天津高考英語，一定會有閱讀表達題這類題型。要重視了。題型的設計實質上是在閱讀理解題的基礎上，增加了書面表達能力的考查，屬任務型閱讀，更注重了考生在語言輸入的基礎上加強了語言輸出能力的考查，要求對書面信息進行分析、概括、整理、理解並根據需要進行綜合運用。試題要求根據一篇不少於200詞左右的短文，從不同角度考查五個問題：1. 給出標題 2. 找出同義句 3. 補全文章 4. 回答問題 5. 翻譯句子（英譯漢）。這五個問題要求考生在閱讀文章的基礎上，用自己的語言把所理解的，准確無誤地表達出來，事實上是從不同的角度考查考生綜合運用語言的能力。即：總括語言來錘煉主題或中心——給出標題；同義句釋義，根據所給釋義回查原文——找出同義原句；根據文章上下文及作者意圖進行預測、推斷——補全文章；根據讀後對文意的理解將某個句子翻譯成通俗的漢語——翻譯句子等。考生要提高此題解題能力，首先要明確其題型特徵，並掌握一定的解題技巧。
2009高考閱讀表達題將繼續保持2008年高考的題型模式，採取「穩中有變」的命題原則。
（1） 題材的選擇將更具現代性、知識性、科學性和趣味性，滲透文化意識，強調實際應用。如有關反映自然科學、社會科學的常識性報刊評論文章，特別是具有重要現實意義的題材的文章。
（2）題目的設置將基本延續2008年高考模式的類型，但更加註重對考生的語篇理解能力和思維判斷推理等方面的考查，將加重主旨歸納題和開放性題目的考查。
（3） 閱讀量和生詞量將會有所增大，但基本保持2008年的難度，因為要遵循「漸進」式改革的模式。
