My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both physically and psychologically. It is also a good way for people to know each other and can promote friendship between people. So long as we are carefully enough, sports can do us nothing but good.
運動在很多方面都對我們有好處。不用說，鍛煉可以幫助我們增強體力。集體運動項目，比如籃球、排球或者足球，我們都可以學到合作的重要性。參加運動，我們盡我們最大的努力去贏得勝利而且能夠激發我們的競爭精神。經過一段精疲力盡的工作後，運動可以讓我們得到放鬆。然而，常言道，凡事都有兩面性，運動也是不例外的。在參加體育活動時，如果我們不足夠注意安全的話，我們可能會傷害到其他運動員或者我們自己。此外，過度的或過嚴格的訓練都可能給我們的健康帶來危害。
我在參與體育運動方面獲得經驗，這告訴我們運動可以讓我們身心健康。也是讓大家互相認識的好方式，還能促進友誼。所以，只要我們注意安全，運動是百無一害的。
