4.音樂、美術、信息技術、勞動與技術和理化生實驗等均按課標基本要求分學期按照統一要求由各市(區)教育行政部門統一組織，各初中學校負責測試，測試結果以A、B、C、D四個等級呈現(等級劃分與地理、生物相同)，納入學生綜合素質評定相應項目評價。
