高考題難度的話，半年綽綽有餘了。
材料方面其實不是很重要的，有人靠新聞練的，有人靠課文練的，不要太在意這個問題，一定要明白，聽力是能力問題，只要是能提高能力的途徑都是可以的，只不過有效率高低而已。
具體措施：
首先，建議你一定要先背好高考需要的單詞，而且要聯系讀音來背，你要明白，一個單詞如果你不認識，聽力的時候你是絕對聽不懂的，這是前提。
其次，培養一個好的做題習慣，即聽力開始前要先快速瀏覽題目和選項，每一題之間的空隙要抓緊時間看下一題的題干，如此，才能做到胸有成竹，聽的時候才能抓住重點信息。每次聽完聽力，要把聽力原文翻出來看看，大部分情況下你都會遺漏掉很多訊息，翻翻原文想想是為什麼遺漏的，不要對完答案就不管了。
再次，才是選擇教輔的問題，不知道你是幾年級，如果是高年級了，那麼直接買真題集吧，找星火啊那些名牌教輔出的，質量大差不差。如果是低年級的同學，先不要聽真題，去書店遍觀一下各種聽力教輔，找一本你喜歡的質量過得去開始聽就行，低年級能力可以慢慢培養，不需要操之過急。
最後，提高任何能力歸根到底都是需要堅持的，不管是用什麼教輔、什麼途徑，請務必養成每天練習的習慣，如果沒有聽聽力的條件，就自己讀課文給自己聽，讀出聲，要讓自己能清楚地聽到，堅持一段時間，會有很大的幫助的，你試試就知道了。有條件的話，把聽力材料放在手機里等設備里，走路的時候聽聽，不需要全神貫注，培養熟悉感就可以了，能夠讓你在考試的時候更容易集中精神融入聽力的播音。
