全國英語四六級考試的考試時間為：每年6月份、12月份（每年時間略有不同）。

大學英語四級考試，即CET-4，College English Test Band 4的縮寫，是由國家教育部高等教育司主持的全國性英語考試。考試的主要對象是根據教育大綱修完大學英語四級的在校專科生、本科生或研究生。大學英語四、六級標准化考試自1986年末開始籌備，1987年正式實施。

英語專業四級考試（TEM-4，Test for English Majors-Band 4），全稱為全國高校英語專業四級考試。自1991年起由中國大陸教育部實行，考察全國綜合性大學英語專業學生。

完型填空
要求考生在全面理解所給短文內容的基礎上選擇一個最佳答案使短文的意思和結構恢復完整。考試時間為15分鍾。
語法及詞彙
(a)能靈活正確運用教學大綱語法結構表一級至四級的全部內容。
(b)熟練掌握教學大綱詞彙表對一級至四級規定的5000--6000個認識詞彙中的2000--2500個詞彙及其最基本的搭配。
(c)考試時間15分鍾。
閱讀理解
(a)閱讀理解：
(i)能讀懂英美國家出版的中等難度的文章和材料，掌握所讀材料的主旨和大意。
(ii)了解說明主旨和大意的事實和細節。
(iii)既理解字面的意思，也能根據所讀材料進行一定的判斷和推論。
(iv)既理解個別句子的意義,也理解上下文的邏輯關系。
(b)考試時間25分鍾。
寫作
(a)要求根據所出的題目和列出的寫作提綱或圖表、數字統計表等(也附有寫作提綱)寫一篇150詞左右的短文。能做到內容切題、完整、條理清楚，文章結構嚴謹，語法正確，語言通順恰當。考試時間35分鍾。
(b)寫便條：要求根據提示寫大約50--60詞的通知、便條、請貼等。要求格式正確，語言得體。考試時間10分鍾。

PS：這裡面聽寫比較保守，大作文稍高一些，可以中和一下。不過你還有七個聽力（3．5的分值）沒有算在內。所以感覺你應該可以過～

8. 2011年tem4（英語專四） 報名的時間、地點！

1、大一不可以報考專四，因為專四考試是英語專業學期第四學期（即大學英語初級階版段學習）階段測試權，只有第四學期才可以參加考試。專四和公四不是一個考試系統的，相互之間不影響，考試結果、考試時間都不沖突
2、報名是學校統一組織的，學校應有具備參加英語專業四級考試資格的專業和學生才能組織本校學生統一報考
3、tem4/8每年分別有一次考試，8級是在3月第一個周六上午；4級是在4月第三個周六上午

每天堅持練習聽力，做點模擬題，還有真題一定要認真研究，因為依據經驗，單選的詞彙總會有舊題，你做了歷年的真題就會知道。
