這個主復要取決於「很制久」的概念到底有多久。
因為語言是會發生變化的，讀音，詞彙和語法都會變化，雖然語法相對來說是最穩定的，但是也會有一定的變化。
所以「古英語」的語法和現在是有區別的。不過這個區別沒有中文的文言文和白話文區別那麼大。

On the other hand, though, if we put two twins in different environments. For example, we might send one to university and the another to a factory where work is boring. We would find differences in their intelligence in several years,which indicates that environment does play a crucial role in intelligence.
Just as every coin has two sides, our intelligence is partly inborn and partly developed. The sure way to develop our intelligence is intelligent parents as well as a good environment.
