第一、做小學老師來是最重要的並自不是你大學主修什麼，因為你學到大學的知識教小學生絕對夠用了，這一點要有自信！
第二、試講，最重要的一點是自己先有備課筆記，講話調理清晰，自己不要被教室後面的一排老師嚇得亂了陣腳，小學內容很簡單的，重要的是要知道這節可的重點是什麼，充分利用多媒體，小孩子視聽很重要，可以事先做個PPT，要帶聲音的那種，就算你本人發音不準也沒關系。
第三、要會引導孩子，活躍課堂氣氛，時刻保持微笑，經常對孩子提出表揚和鼓勵。一個優秀的老師不是會的知識多高深，而是能把自己知道的表達清楚，讓孩子能理解，學會！！多提問，而且由淺入深~~~~也可以通過小游戲的方式，激發學生的學習氣氛。

(2) Play a guessing game（課件：顯示屏上出現一些碎片，碎片慢慢擴大，變成一件毛衣）

Step 3. Practice

(3) Pratice in groups of three.
Step 4. Consolidation
(1) Divide all the students into 5 groups: stationers, toy shop, clothes shop, fruit shop and food shop. Put some goods in each shop. Get the students to do the shopping in groups. （每組由一名學生當售貨員，其他學生充當顧客。）
(2) Ask the students to go to different shops and buy different things. （把全班分成五個組，即五個「商店」，顧客可以到任何一家「商店」「購買」自己喜歡的物品。教師到各組去指導，同時教師也當顧客，購買物品。
(3) 教師總結全課，表揚做得好的學生。電腦計分牌顯示勝方，並伴隨勝方的歡呼聲。

小學英語面試比較簡單，主要考察學生是否自信，能夠把英語說出來，較為標准內和通容順就行。內容的話以自我介紹開始比較好，如果有題目就以題目來，如果沒有題目可以說說自己崇拜的一位老師，以及為什麼崇拜這個老師，老師告訴了怎樣的道理之類的。這就很好了。
