Everybody has a daily schele. I think we do the same things almost every day. My typical day is probably like yours. I get up at 6:30 every morning. Of course I wake up with my alarm goes off, I set one of my favorite music as the alarm bell, therefore, I take my time waking up. I rise and shine with a stretch. It's another good day. I fold up the quit, I turn on the radio and listen to some news, meanwhile I brush my teeth, wash my face and comb my long hair, I put on light makeup every workday morning,I never wear heavy makeup, wearing makeup not only makes me look good but also protects my skin from environmental hazards. But I wear no makeup ring weekends. Now there is a neat office lady in the mirror, all dressed up. I never skip the breakfast, I always prepare nutrient foods for my family. After finish my breakfast I go to office and start a new busy working day. I usually arrive at my office at 8pm, I like to make a schele list which included the important things that I have to solve as quickly as possible today. We always start Monday with the weekly staff meeting. Everyone have to give an oral presentation at the meeting. That's a good habit help enhance our working efficiency. After the one-hour lunch break, I get back to working again. We always eat fast-food in hurry and then have a nap, which can make me energetic again in the afternoon work. I come back my lovely home at 6:30pm. I am so tried after a working day, listen some soft music is my favorite way to relax. But the weekend is different, I can get up late and have a ball, read some Chinese literary works and listen my loved music over and over, of course, I often do some outdoor sports to keep my shape.
