原題為被動語態，改回主動就會一目瞭然：
People believe the minister of Finance to be thinking of imposing new taxes to raise extra revenue.
1）believe sb. to do sth.（認為某人會做某事）的句式，其中不定式是賓語補足語；改為被動即為 sb. is believed to do sth.,不定式變成主語補足語。
2）think of doing sth. 考慮做某事
3）to be thinking of doing sth.（不定式的進行時態）要考慮著做某事。
2. Issues of price, place, promotion, and proct most of those are conventional concerns in planning marketing strategy.
1）化簡：Issues of price, place, promotion, and proct are conventional concerns in planning marketing strategy. 價格、銷售地、促銷和產品等問題是規劃市場戰略中一慣受到關注的問題。
2）可見抽掉的 most of those 是 Issues 的同位語，只有名詞、代詞、動名詞和 that 名詞從句才可以用作這種成分，most 是不定代詞，指代 issues 中的多數。
3）among the most 是介詞短語，只能作狀語、後置定語和表語，不能用作同位語。

網上提供的專四語法教程~不過得購買~現在的網上教材不好找~不如就去書店買一本自己覺得針對性強一點的語法書~而且專四的語法題佔分不多~不用特意花大力氣~多弄弄閱讀~寫作什麼的~讀得多了~語法自然鞏固了~別揀了芝麻丟了西瓜~不劃算~
