① 我發現一個問題！word 2013英語語法自動檢測功能壞了！你們有相同的問題嗎【注意是2013】

呵呵，終於碰到個自己拿手的，剛好今天遇到，解決後順便作答。

首先專，這個是設置問題（雖然屬我不明白為何微軟默認會這么設置），不是軟體問題。具體情況是：

選項-->校對-->在word中更正拼寫和語法時-->寫作風格-->設置 中的設置不當造成的。

其次，來說說解決辦法，具體過程如下：

將游標定位英文處，將 寫作風格-->設置 中的相應選項勾選即可。

比如下例：

至於題主其他校對需求，可自行設置。

PS：有一點需要注意一下。游標在中文狀態 和 游標在英文狀態 時 寫作風格及設置會不同。

偽「訓言」是怎樣流傳的

中廣網北京1月27日消息 近日，記者接到上海市田園高級中學英語教研組組長陳應宏老師的來信，反映部分媒體刊載的「哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言」內容不真實。他擔心，披上「哈佛」外衣的這些原本不存在的「訓言」，會通過其他報紙雜志、互聯網等，以訛傳訛，流傳越來越廣。

無中生有的「哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言」

如果不是親眼看到這些錯誤頻出的英文版「哈佛圖書館自修室牆上的訓言」，陳應宏恐怕不會想到，他會在某一天與大洋彼岸的哈佛大學圖書館建立聯系。

陳應宏在2009年12月初被告知，學校要請廣告公司製作一批中英文對照的標語展板，內容是20句哈佛圖書館牆上的中英文訓言。然而，當發現這些訓言的英文「一塌糊塗」，有的連主語都沒有時，他感到非常意外，並在去年12月14日給哈佛大學圖書館發了一封電子郵件，向其求證是否有這些「訓言」。

第二天，哈佛大學圖書館研究館員 Deborah Kelley-Milburn回復了陳應宏的郵件：「已經有很多人就這個問題詢問過我們。我想，這是一個在互聯網上流傳的民間傳說。我們哈佛大學里的各家圖書館（哈佛大學共有70餘家圖書館——記者注）都沒有這類『訓言』。」

他進而求證：哈佛大學的校訓是什麼？結果被告知，哈佛大學的校訓是拉丁文「VERITAS」（即中文「真理」的意思——記者注）。這一校訓與陳應宏提出質疑的那20句所謂的「哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言」顯然大相徑庭。

偽「訓言」傳播路線圖

記者發現，至少可以追溯到2008年3月1日,在一些網路論壇上就有了對這個話題的討論。有網友在一個名叫「雨巷尋香」的交流英語翻譯論壇上發帖，討論「《哈佛大學圖書館警句》的比較正式的翻譯」。

發起話題的論壇管理員稱，網上流傳的關於哈佛大學圖書館牆上的一些中文語句「被譯成不明不白的英語，有些更被傳為『哈佛校訓』」。他擔心，網上亂傳的東西，會被一些人誤以為英文佳句範例。

記者發現，在原始帖子中的中英文警句共20句，其中，中文的內容與此後刊發在雜志和圖書上的幾乎沒有差別，但英文的內容卻與此後的版本差別很大。

該帖很快在「雨巷尋香」論壇中引起熱烈討論，管理員對一些重要的進展進行批註。例如，他指出，有些英文警句實際上是通過相關軟體從中文逐字逐詞「翻譯」過來的。

2008年3月，《讀者》雜志在當年第7期上刊登了作者署名為「愛誰誰」的《哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言》一文，但只有中文內容。

同年6月，北京理工大學出版社出版了《哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言》一書。作者是丹尼·馮，他在簡介中稱自己1991年畢業於北京某高校，彼時就職於美國密歇根州的一家公司。有媒體報道，中關村圖書大廈2008年12月29日至2009年1月4日排行榜中，社科類書籍《哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言》銷售排名第七。

2008年11月至12月，《三晉都市報》對《哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言》一書的部分內容進行了連載。2009年1月30日，《解放日報》春節特刊的第8版用了大半個版面刊載了這20條「訓言」以及書中部分內容。

與此同時，網路上對所謂「訓言」真實性的質疑一直沒有停止過。其中就有人聯系了哈佛大學圖書館或去過哈佛大學圖書館的人，求證這些訓言是否真的存在。

但這並沒能阻止這些無中生有的「訓言」的傳播：仍有許多網友在論壇或自己的博客上轉貼這些「訓言」；一些學校還把它們製作成雙語展板，布置在學校的教室和走廊的牆上。

盡管丹尼·馮在《哈佛圖書館牆上的訓言》一書中提到的英文版的訓言和網上流傳的版本並不相同，還存在語法問題，但這些「訓言」卻誤導了相當一部分讀者。

有的讀者後來在寫文章時引用了該書中的某些「訓言」，發表在報紙雜志上，這其中甚至包括一些比較重要的理論性文章（如2008年第7期《新
