1. 沒有嚴格意義上的區別；我們在高中時英語語法基本就學完了，而到大學回及以後的學習中，語法會更答綜合、復雜——比如，一個句子涉及多個語法點且句子是復雜句。
2. PET和CET是兩個不同方向的英語考試，側重點不同，一般不做比較，：PET是全國公共英語等級考試，共分5個等級，期中PET5是最高級；CET是大學英語考試，分為4級和6級，期中6級程度高。（如果你非要比較，我個人覺得還是PET5更難一些，可是CET6應用更廣一些。）

其實獨立主格非常簡單，也就是說兩個單句變為一個復合句，必須只有一個主句，那麼另內外一容個就只能變成非謂語了。所謂的主句就是指你想給對方表達你所說的話的主要意思，而非謂語是對整個主句的補充說明，比如條件狀語啊，時間狀語等等。例，It being Sunny tomorrow, we shall go out for a picnic. 這句話就是說如果明天是晴天的話，我們就去野炊。 這就是一個獨立狀語結構。
