一般表示兩個相反的意思，突出內容的對比性，相當於but。
recommend也不是這樣用的。
要麼recommend that...跟從句，
要麼recommend sth.
要麼recommend sb. to do..
recommend sth to sb是指把某物託付給某人，你的朋友把這所大學託付給你了？
應改成：
I have studied my major for 5 years. But I know my knowledge is limited, and I have a long way to go on my major. Besides, my friend who graated from your university recommended me to enter your university for a further study.
SO I think if I could have a chance to study at your school and finally obtain a Master』s Degree of Medicine, I would be very lucky!
首先，不要用school，那是給人家降檔次。
其次，So I think很累贅。"I think..."這種句型只有在別人讓你表達看法，或者當你成為了某一方面的權威，發表權威性看法的時候才能用。不知道為什麼中國學生都喜歡用這兩個詞。
最後，句型應該倒裝，把lucky放到前面去。
應改成：It would be very lucky if I could have a chance to study at your university and obtain a Master's Degree of Medicine.
Could you please tell me something about your university such as the fee I should pay and how about the accommodation and their qualifications.
學費有專有的一個詞：tuition， 不要用fee。
還有我不知道你的qualifications是指什麼？指入住宿舍的資格條件嗎？如果不是的話就把qualifications放到第一個來講，畢竟這是最重要的。
Would you please give me some information about the qualification for your university, the tuition as well as the accommodation condition.

我建議，你畢竟還是在初學英語階段，最好不要亂用翻譯器，翻譯詞典之類的把單詞逐個翻譯出來在硬帶到句子中去（因為我感覺在這篇文章中，很多詞都不可能是初學者可以用到的，而且很機械化）。這樣真的很不好，你最好還是盡量用上你學過的單詞語法，精確完整的翻譯一遍，不要專門扣子眼，靈活些，可以適當找別的詞代替上。
