這個，英語的學習其實最重要的還是找到適合自己的方法。話說我也考研，六級是去年考的，545分。簡單講講個人的學習方法和體會，僅供參考啊~
首先是要有一個明確的目標，就是你希望英語六級想考多少。給自己樹立一個目標真的很重要，因為你之後的具體復習計劃都是圍繞你的目標來進行的。
目標確定之後就是制定復習計劃了。如果你的英語基礎不是很好，需要比較長時間的復習，一個合理的計劃更加是必須的了。
我自己是這樣劃分的，一共三個大的階段：1，積累基礎；2，對自身弱點的突破；3，考前調整
基礎積累的階段主要的工作就是背單詞和片語，如果你基礎不好，也可以適當看一些語法。這些都是最基本的，單詞和語法，在任何一種題型中都會遇到，包括寫作。另外可以這個階段可以抽一點時間練練聽力（聽力很重要的，相信你很清楚這一點）。背東西沒有什麼特別的訣竅，一個是靠不斷的重復記憶來強化，另外一個是進入語言環境去記憶，比如在閱讀和聽力中記憶。往往記住一個句子就可以非常好掌握的單詞、片語的用法。多朗讀文章也有幫助。
對弱點的突破是一個提高成績的關鍵。首先要知道自己最大的不足。建議去買一兩本比較搞質量的參考書，上面有比較齊全的應試技巧，買來以後可以仔細研究，再加以練習，掌握方法。這樣就可以提高成績了。自己的經歷是，當時對fast reading非常反感，無從下手。然後就去找參考書，（記得是星火的），看上面介紹的方法，開始不適應這種解題習慣，但堅持一下，就好了，正確率非常高，到達徹底突破的效果。
考前調整的話，就是在前兩個星期搞一下。主要是做做真題，但一定要掐時間做，否則效果不好。還有把一些重要的寫作中用了產生「亮點」的詞語和片語再強化記憶一下，也可以看看別人的範文，增強語感。
關於作文的話，個人覺得還是長期積累的好，有時間堅持練習肯定有效果。有人批改最好，但是至少你經常練習的話不會到考場上感到無話可說了。
