調整後四級聽力部分的試題結構見下表：

改革之處：
短篇新聞，原是英語專業四級與八級的題型，在改革去除之後，跑到了四級當中。
此次，四級中，會有3段新聞，7道選擇題。

兩篇較短的新聞，字數在130-140詞左右；較長的一篇，字數在200詞左右。
